the property is a quaint beautiful cottage. it was perfect. except for the power outage. our first night was perfect as we expected at a lake side cottage, a winter retreat. We unpacked made dinner and enjoyed the scenery. The next day we were happy to be inside and cozy during the storm that was approaching. that morning we enjoyed our homemade breakfast and relaxed. then the storm blew out the power. We hoped it would be restored quickly so we did not panic instead we hunkered in, went to the local store and bought some firewood for the night, we figured the lights would be back on soon. several hours later No lights, No heat and No help. we reached out to Vacasa who I assume was the agent for the property for assistance and all they could tell me is that they were sorry. great I say can you at least get us some fire wood? no firewood is not included as an amenity. Amenity ? it was an Emergancy as we had no power no lights and no heat. anyway. I packed my family up and went to a hotel in order to save our Christmas vacation.

the service that was provided by the Vacasa company that represents the house was terrible during an Emergancy I was abandoned to fend for myself. no support was offered and now they won’t reimburse me or at least give me a partial refund.
