Location
The hotel was apparently hit by lightning and was running on generator. We should have been told at check in. Elevator had no lights in it. No Wi-Fi tv didn’t work

The location and then watering the shower did not take long to heat up.
Their system and booking.com’s was not linked therefore, we had a lot of confusion with our reservation twice. The room was extremely cold. Thermostats did not seem like they worked.

Banheiro vazava água do chuveiro, da banheira, torneira da pia nao fechava direito. Manutenção deficiente do banheiro.

For the price this hotel well exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located to Philadelphia and other parts of NJ. The hotel is in great shape and the staff are excellent.
We did not find anything not to like at this hotel.

No vending what so ever guest services not the best pool with no life gard on duty closes way to early

When we arrived, I noticed the exterior looked a little sad. But the moment we walked through the doors we realized the focus was on customer care. The lobby is lovely. The staff warm and welcoming. The room immaculate. Will definitely return.

It did not have breakfast. There was a poorly staff Starbucks that offered discounts to in-house guests.
The air conditioning in our room, and after going to the front desk, nothing was done. The room was uncomfortably hot. In addition, house keeping always came late afternoon after we were back
for the day. As such, our room was not cleaned for 3 days.

I actually enjoyed my stay here,the room was spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again
The only downside to this hotel,I was told they stopped offering free breakfast.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful.
Although the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are basic. nothing extravagant but still really comfortable.

The food was ok the eggs were cold I did not like that if I wanted to take my food to my room I would have to pay for it. I would have enjoyed my food better it was hotter.

It is a beautiful place, super clean and has happy staff.
The beds are hard but clean and the breakfast is not great.
