The staff were absolutely wonderful at the hotel. They couldn’t do enough to help.

The hotel did not advertise that most of the rooms were internal rooms. The noise from the from the street can be a little offputting. Nevertheless, the staff moved me to a room at the back of the hotel as I did not sleep well because of the noise on the first night.

Personnels très sympathique et serviable, particulièrement Hana et Mia qui nous ont beaucoup conseillé et aidé. Kim qui nous a organisé un dîner exceptionnel au restaurant que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons arrivé un jour en retard à cause du typhon yagi et nous avions dû payer une nuit de plus car l’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous décaler le séjour d’une nuit. Le personnel aimable et attentionné a largement compensé la nuit perdue.

Great staff, comfortable bed, beautiful skybar and restaurant, plus a pool. It was in a noisy night area but the windows were glased and they left ear plugs for us so it was a good night's sleep.

O pequeno almoço era bastante bom, com bastante variedade e qualidade nos produtos apresentados e na confeção dos mesmos, só faltaram as panquecas, mas tenho a certeza que a responsável, Klara, vai tratar disso com a mesma voluntariedade e simpatia com que nos presenteou com um Hanoi milk iced coffea,maravilhoso. A receção, nomeadamente os seus funcionários, liderados pela eficiente e amorosa Luna , está ao nível dos mais, exquisite hotel do mundo. Normalmente quando se fala muito dos empregados e da sua simpatia, isso tem o significado para mim de que, o hotel era bom, mas as instalações não estão ao nível dos funcionários, há aqui alguma verdade nisso, os quartos são bons e muito bem isolados, talvez o melhor que estive neste capitulo, a rua era muito barulhenta, mas no quarto não se ouvia rigorosamente nada, apenas um pormenor na limpeza debaixo das camas, algum pó, nada de mais.

Na nossa casa de banho não havia separação entre o duche, sanita e lavatório pelo que toda a casa de banho ficava bastante molhada se não tivéssemos muito cuidado

La limpieza, comodidad y amabilidad del personal. En pleno casco antiguo. Cerca de todas los puntos de interés. Muy buen desayuno. El restaurante también es recomendable. A destacar su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y con una sonrisa. Se agradece ese trato tan humano.

- Hotel-Zimmer-Fenster sollten Schallisolierung haben, damit der nächtliche Straßenlärm der Lokale „ außen vor bleibt „ - Hotel wirbt mit Spa ( das war ein Mitentscheidungs-Punkt für dieses Hotel ) und vor Ort gibt aber es kein Spa !? - die Fliesen im Badezimmer sind nach dem Duschen sehr sehr rutschig, daher Unfall-Gefahr

The staff were amazing, accommodating our every need. Breakfast was excellent and the pool wonderful after a day out.

The staff were fantastic, particularly Sunny who was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and the pool was fantastic with great views. The food - breakfast and a la carte menu - was very good. We will definitely stay again.

I would have preferred to have had a room with an outside window and balcony.

Hôtel idéalement situé au centre du vieux quartier d'Hanoï. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. L'accueil par le staff est de très bon niveau. La piscine sur le rooftop est parfaite. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

La camera aveva la finestra che dava su un cavedio... come non averla E' necessario avere una camera ai piani altri e non sulla stada principale, per il gran rumore e volumi molto alti della musica che arriva dai locali intorno

Our first time in Hanoi and this place felt like a little haven away from the busy-ness of the streets.

The staff were exceptional. My son was very sick and Sonny and Andy looked after us so beautifully. They checked in with for two days post-stay, gave us complimentary travel, collected medicine etc. absolutely divine.

Echte service gerichtheid personeel. Stonden altijd klaar, deuren werden opengehouden. Prachtig zwembad op het dak.

De buurt is echt geluidruchtig, hotel verstrekt ook oordopjes.

Por decir algo, había poca sombra en la piscina.....y al sol no se podía estar.

La habitación que nos dieron al principio era muy amplia pero no podíamos dormir por el ruido pesar de tener doble ventanas. Explicamos al personal el problema y de manera muy amable nos cambiaron de habitación pero la segunda era pequeña. El personal es super amable y el desayuno muy bueno , muy variado. La piscina está bien aunque a horas pico es casi imposible encontrar hueco para dejar las cosas. La ubicación sacando el ruido por las noches es muy buena

Very friendly staff, really nice rooms and amenities. The rooftop bar was really nice and there was a good buffet breakfast. Good location, walking distance to a lot of attractions

Location was great, Close to everything. Staff fantastic. Breakfast wonderful. Bed and room very comfy. Pool, although a small area was a blessed relief after a hot days sightseeing.

Did not realise the hotel is right in 'beer street' which is very lively of an evening. We were glad we requested a high up room. We had no noise issues but I'm a light sleeper and on a lower level it could well have been sleepless nights. Please can the hotel stock up on a first aid kit. When i slipped and cut my arm badly, they had nothing to offer.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything going on. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Breakfast environment was comfortable-not crowded or too busy Nice rooftop bar with the choice of sitting inside or on different level outside

The pool was slimey and never and towels-didn't feel like it was clean No security in the lifts so found others in the lift asking where the pool was because they were not staying at this hotel-just using the rooftop pool.

This hotel was amazing. Elegant and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location. Bath was amazing. Would stay again.
