The location and view were good. The rooms were comfortable

There were issues with the wifi. The blow dryer was affixed to the wall and not powerful enough.

- breakfast way too expensive !! 25€ and you have to pay an extra money to get some WATER!! Pâtisserie isn’t fresh as fruit .. only one juice available .. - Hôtel still in construction and guests are not advised of this : some elevators cants be used at some hours, noise in the room in the morning , bad veux above the room.. - no mini bar in the room - pool bar: we were never asked if we would like something to drink even if we were the only customers , poor choice no light soda no smoothie no milkshakes .. - you are not advised which day restaurant and bar are closed even if if is different than on their website - the tour staff came to us the day we left to present the tours ..

Restaurants at the hotel close very early.

Rooms were great. Spacious, good AC, nice balcony. Located right in downtown and close to the ferry dock. Security keeps the local ticks off the property.

Early check in was difficult despite there being multiple vacancies (I was there off-season. Restaurant was terrible in terms of quality and service. Took forever. Worst pizza I ever had and I’ve tried pizza in over 70 countries.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Comfy and upgraded new wing. Relaxed environment. Close, walkable amenities. Tasty and wide selection of breakfast buffet items. Good selection of small meals menu + room service

Breakfast not included for the price you pay to stay. Bath towels too small. Bed linen should be changed if staying more than 5 days.

Excellent support by single individuals of the friendly stuff. Large and comfortable bedroom.

Some details had technical or maintenance issues. There is a big construction site next to the hotel which is disturbing a little bit - obvious just a temporary issue.

Would like to have had a little more flexibility / options with breakfast eg if I select the Continental breakfast I would prefer more fruit & yogurt with granola rather than the several pastries!

Staff was wonderful, location is great and the pool deck is lovely.

The food quality was less than desired for the prices that are charged. Breakfast "sausage" was cut up chicken hot dogs.

The sound of the sea crashing against the shore. The gorgeous hospitality. The great cocktails. The location.

I wish the food was more affordable.

First mornings breakfast was excellent. By the nest day the staff seemed a little off. I had forgotten to order black pudding as I had previous, but was told it was not possible for me to have as they had already brought my plate, but they were still giving it to other people. I don’t see why they couldn’t put a piece on my plate.

Staff put extra drink on my bill in the evening.

The room was clean. Loved the ocean view. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay. The beds are comfortable. Its also cool they have coffee machine in the rooms.

Wish more of their bars were open. the pool side bar was closed and that was a bummer. Also, the restaurant wasn't bad or anything to really complain about, but their menu was sort of dull. Ice cream was good.
