Easy to access, low traffic, on site parking, modern rooms and bathrooms. See through shower from bedroom into bathroom shower so probably not good for families in that regard but for couples well…

Could have better sound proofing on the door entering the hallway. You can hear the front desk but that’s about the only issue that could improve.

Exceptionally nice staff, and we even got a room upgrade from a double room to a junior suite. Gracia mile. :)

The place is great if you are looking to travel to Venice with a car as it is in a quiet little town, they have their own private parking, and you can catch a train to Venice easily. From the hotel to Venice St Lucia Railway took us about 30 minutes. So actually much faster and cheaper then getting something in Venice or having to drive down and park every morning in the city. The room and the bed was decent, and the staff was very helpful.

Well the whole place has design flows, which means it might look cool but it is not practical. There was some sort of a pump that operated every 5 seconds for 2.5 seconds, it was white noise, but annoying as it was going all night. The other guest arriving and even the phone at reception you can hear in your room with a closed door - even though our room was furthest possible - so it is not the best place to get superb rest. And the breakfast is bad. Thought there is a lot of options most of them are not of high quality ingredients.
