La posizione è eccellente. La camera è silenziosa, pur affacciando sulla strada e sulla movida. I proprietari e il personale sono molto gentili, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
La doccia necessita di una pulizia più approfondita per eliminare i segni neri fra le piastrelle e sul flessibile della doccia.

The staff, Signore Roberto was an amazing host, he received us pretty late, showed himself the rooms and was extremely courteous at al times

The object is located in the center of a small town. Clean rooms, free private parking, delicious breakfast.

In the center of Dolo, un the weekend the was a lot of bars and restaurants around the valley.
Dolo is amazing if you want to spend a night around Venice. I used it as last stop before going to Marco polo airport.

Fair family run small Dolo city hotel. Very good position with good restorants nearby. Owner Mr Roberto very kind person - gives all informations you need. Tipic "piccolo bar" in hotel with good prices. Free car parking garage. Very clean hotel with good breakfast.

Amazing value!! The owner is so lovely and will do absolutely anything to help and make your stay comfortable. Lovely room overlooking the river with plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast options in the morning too. Bus into Venice very close by and about a 30 minute ride away. Tickets available from the shop nearby. It would be hard to find better value than this near Venice.
Parking is a little tight but owner let us park in another spot which was much better.

Everything was excellent. Can’t recommend highly enough. Spotlessly clean room, big, spacious, great en suite bathroom, very helpful staff who were very helpful in accommodating us when we had to arrive a day later.

Feels very cozy, just like your parents house in the room
Location is very nice. Short distance to bars, points of interest, local museums and a supermarket. We traveled by car, and there is free parking for customers.
