La atención del personal en personal en general. Destacamos a Valeria y Roxana
Se escucha mucho a través de las paredes pero no molesta para dormir. Es un hotel tranquilo.
La internet pero es el mal servicio de la ciudad

We were lucky with our room selection which had great views.
4.3
The location is very good... but the city is so small that most locations are good.
No fridge in the room. Too expensive for what it offers but the city was full and there is only one season to visit the city. Building anything there must be expensive since it is far from any port to receive construction materials. So, most of the hotels there are more expensive then one would expect.

large room. excellent breakfast.
our room was near reception and, therefore, noisy.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Offered a delicious box lunch to take with you when hiking. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay here again. The dinner menu looked really good. Although we didn't have dinner at the hotel, I wish we had eaten here 1 night.
4.3
Room was clean and comfortable, not luxurious. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Good selection for breakfast with sweet and savory items.
Wifi is agonizingly slow and can't even load websites, slower than other restaurants. Poor sound proofing. I could hear the kitchen staff cleaning pots and pans.

it was outside of the town and difficult to find.

Ordinary breakfast. I have nt specific comment.

We really liked Lunajuim. It's a short walk from the bus station and close to the town and to all the main hiking points. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. Breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable. The packed lunch option is very useful for hike days. And we especially liked the bar area where we could order tea and cake.
Dodgy wifi but that's the case everywhere in El Chalten! You don't go there for the internet!

Amazing & warm service from the staff.
Good breakfast.
Comfortable bed & room overall.
Good location.
Really enjoyable 6 day stay overall.
The rooms are all on the same long corridor which can get noisy.
Because of water shortage we couldn’t use the bathtub.
Not much to say here :)

The friendly and knowledgeable staff made a huge difference on my trip. They helped me figure out how to make the most of my time in El Chalten no matter what the weather had in store that day.
The location is great. It's just off one of the main streets so while the hotel is quiet, you're just steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops that the El Chalten has to offer.
The wifi was, at times, unpredictable and slow, but that seemed true of most places in town. It was a little bit difficult to control the room's temperature — it ran a little bit hot.

We liked everything about this hotel, especially the staff--so helpful and responsive! The breakfast was super--with high protein options (so important!). The room was comfortable: nice mattress, nice space, good views out the windows. Everything was great, except the thin walls and noise from the neighbors on the hall!
The walls are thin so we could hear noise from the neighbors, even talking, and especially closing the doors early in the morning.
4.3
Friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, nice rooms, solid wifi for El Chalten, and perfect location. Plus, the "bar" in the lobby is a nice perk for a casual beer or glass of wine. Definitely returning!

Excellent lighting in entire room.
Was quiet room with window facing next hotel's masonry windowless four-story structure. Other persons in our trekking group stayed at two other hotels and complained of street noise during night.
Pillows were hard but did not request if hotel had softer pillow. My bad.

Great hotel!
We really liked our stay at Lunajuim. All the staff were absolutely friendly: the receptionists, the manager and the woman at the kitchen. All open to chat and help us with everything. So great!
We loved our room, very spacious, well lit and clean. Great beds and pillows.
The atmosfere of the hotel is very nice, with art all over it.
Breakfast with eggs, fruits, croissants and many medialunas.
We will come back to El Chalten and definitely will come back to Lunajuim.
We liked it all.
4.3
The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was yummy, and the dining area was cozy. The location was great because we were right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars that make up the center of El Chalten. Everything was easily walkable. The rooms was simple but clean. I thought that we would be able to get some views of the beautiful mountains surrounding El Chalten, but I think most rooms in this hotel do not offer these types of views.
4.3
The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and sheets towels and furniture was in very good conditions. The shower worked very well. We enjoyed our staying. Prices of the restaurant were cheap.
Rooms coukd be a little bigger
4.3
A very nice hotel that is very functional in design like it was designed by a traveler. A simple thing like two luggage racks, a shower curtain that covers the entire length of the shower makes a lot of differences. Add to that, the staff was exceptionally friendly, making you feel like they are welcoming you to to their place.
Internet was spotty and slow.
