Great place to stay

It was very clean & peaceful. The staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay

We had an ADA room. My wife was on cruthes with a broken ankle. Our room was on the third floor and at the very end of the hallway. The bathroom toilet area had no grab bars and the shower has no seating and only one grab bar no slip resistance flooring.

Good value for the money. Takes dogs!

Lots of air conditioning problems. Many people in my party, different reservations, had to switch our rooms. I, personally, had issues with my doors being stuck once closed. It was hard to get in and out of each room I had. Overall, Aldeno was great!!!!!

Hotels need to do 24hr stays check outs and the times u check in ….. otherwise u don’t get the 24hr experience …. For example if u check in at 2AM and gotta check out at 11AM that makes no sense and it’s not fair …. That should be an all around hotel change….

Staff courteous and very efficient

Overall the hotel was nice. The only problem we had was they didn't clean room one day so we had to go to front desk and get towels and wash clothes.

As good as expected

I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff.

Place needs someone who is proactive to take better care of it. Back door exterior key lock didn't work, outside plants were mostly dead..needs more garage bins outside...some of the desk staff was nice and helpful, some had a less than stellar customer service attitude. Beds were great however and the a/c worked well.

Clean and nice

I was first assigned room 325, upon entry the room was freezing. I immediately attempted to turn off the AC unit, but no luck. I turned the thermostat up, significantly then left to eat. When I returned, the room was still an ice box and even though I changed the temperature, the unit was still blowing out freezing, cold air. I went to the front desk to request another room. The front desk staff was excellent and I was moved to room 301. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred with the AC unit, and rather than move to a third room, I figured out how to unplug the HVAC unit (which was no easy task). The hotel rooms smelled heavily of paint and construction materials, as did the hallways so I surmise that the rooms were pumping out AC to overcome the construction odors. I would like to point out that the staff at the front desk were excellent but thankfully, I had a close friend close by and slept at her house rather than sleep in the hotel room.

I had plenty of parking for car Hauler and my truck. The staff Aldeno and Woodrow both took awesome care of me checking in and checking out

Perfectly acceptable. We got our money's worth for our stay.

It’s a nice and new hotel but too close to a major road. Kind of comical when you see how close it is to the road and built at an odd angle next to it.

Excellent stay and will likely return later this year. Nice touch...when I entered my room the TV was on and the screen said "Welcome Stephen." Breakfast was good, with eggs and bacon (and turkey bacon) to go along with the usual continental breakfast items. The staff was professional. All in all, a great experience. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Friendly, professional, courteous staff. Clean, well-maintained, newer, spacious room. Plenty of breakfast options. Sensible and accurate room thermostat. Plenty of hot water. Indoor pool. Indoor gym. Easy, convenient parking. Multiple, secure entry points. Close to various stores and restaurants. #1 on my list when I return to the area.
