Spotlessly clean, Patricia on reception was exceptional very friendly, knowledgeable gave us a good description of all the highlights, spoke good english. Breakfast was good value with a variety of food.

Terrible audibility. I could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor. If you don't have earplugs, it's better to choose another hotel. Also, the person in the next room was smoking out the window and the smell was drawn into my room. I couldn't complain because there is no one at the reception after 11.

Very, very nice accomodation close to center of Teruel. The staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms was calm and bed was quite big and comfortable. We are look forward to be back next year.

The restaurant was under the reconstruction but few steps next to the hotel were several possibilities for breakfast or dinner.

It appears that the restaurant has been out of commission for some time. Perhaps a temporary drinks machine might have been of use.

Very quiet room and central location.

No food offering at all not even a cult of tea or coffee. Car Park was full and the bath was not usable as it had no taps. No air conditioning control in the room.

Location easy walk to the squares. Managed to get a parking space at the Hotel (small fee). Was a quick need find a Hotel at short notice moment. Far exceeded my expectations. Up that way again definitely booking again.

The staff were very attentive and gave us some good tips about the area. We had requested a place in the garage and this area was very secure. The hotel was only a few minutes walk to some of the main areas of Teruel.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely high and the water flooded the bathroom. The shower was also badly positioned so that the water ran all over the shower curtains and as the water pressure was so high, it forced the curtains out of the bath, making the water flood the floor. Also the restaurant was closed as it was being refurbished but this was not mentioned on Booking.com. The artwork on the walls of the bedroom was very unattractive and poorly painted.

An exceptionally clean, quiet, warm room (in December) in a hotel located 15 minutes walk from the old centre of town. Very friendly, helpful staff and secure on site parking (albeit at a cost of 11 euros extra).

The charge of 11 euros for parking seemed a little excessive, but as I had 2 bikes on the back of the car I was glad everything was safely secured.
