Staff was great, plenty of space, a provided fridge. Easy-going and relaxed atmosphere.

Close to Daegu station. The rooms are about what you would expect for the price.

I paid extra for "breakfast included" and was told that there is no breakfast at the hotel. When we checked in I could hear someone talking in the back and did not come for several minutes to assist us despite tapping the window and shouting for assistance. Just FYI, there were about a dozen homeless people living between the hotel and Daegu station.

Everything. As soon as I walked in, there was a random alarm going off which was really load and obnoxious. The staff was not understanding that I had a reservation there and threw me a random key which was not the room I reserved. As we walked into the room, it felt like a sauna and smelled like one as well. There were cobwebs on the ceilings, hair on the bed, floor and in the bathroom. It looked as if housekeeping just came in, made the bed and restocked the fridge then left. There is nothing new about the “New Grand Hotel” AT ALL. The wall paper was coming down, the window opened to an alley was where I could touch the building which was like 3 feet away. If you are ever in Daegu, I recommend sleeping in a cardboard box before you stay at this hotel! STAY AWAY from here… please don’t waste your money as we did!

The mgr opened my locked door and tried to enter with his pants unzippered and flapped open. All he needed to do was pull out his junk for action. I heard the door open and shut it yelling at him to get out. I then ran out with my bag. I need to be fully refunded. Your site keeps bringing me back to the mgr. He said I have to contact you. I tried but go in circle back to mgr. Pls refund me.

the staff is not trained to handle booking reservations. I got there and the older gentleman had no idea about my reservation or how it works. Finally he let take a room and said someone else will talk to me. Around 4am some lady kept going into the room yelling to pay very rude and uncomfortable. They had my card on file if they wanted to charge. I got downstairs and their was people waiting for me like if I wasn’t gonna pay. They going to use booking.com system they should know how to use it.

The location was amazing, it was quiet and clean

It was a bit hot sometimes, but we asked the staff and they found us a room with a better air conditioning unit immediately.

For 50000 for 3 you cannot complain ! And cannot expect 5stars hotel
