Breakfast is adequate. I do like that it's offered early in the morning, but the oatmeal could be cooked a little longer. Coffee was good. Lobby is comfortable and has a variety of seating for eating, working and socializing. Love that tea and hot water are available all the time and that there's a refrigerated case in the lobby stocked with frozen meals and snacks. Upon checking in, I was given 2 bottles of water, which was really nice.

Cost of room was a little high, but it's the high season in Arizona. In the end, the room was worth it since I could walk to my mother's assisted living home and didn't need a car.

Parking was supposed to be charged? We did not have to pay since we have "Hilton Honors" but it doesn't feel like it should be.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Good experience overall.

The only complaint I have is that we were not given our parking permit upon check in, luckily we noticed them in other cars that same day and got one with no problem.

The breakfast was very nice. Sausage and waffles were excellent. Lots of cereal varieties. The only issue was the eggs were rubbery, not so good.

The room was clean and a nice size. The shower was good and the facility on the whole was nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The beds were hard and the pillows were squishy in a weird way. The breakfast was rough. It had potential, but a lot of it was precooked, rubbery hard, or cold. The eggs and cheese omelets were way over cooked. It would be great if the breakfast sandwich could be assembled by the person. Not everyone eats pork.

It was absolutely nice and very clean

Night clerk (man) extremely helpful in a minor health issue. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee available in the lobby. Very quiet on the east side. Lit fire pit every night was nice. Liked the possibility of dividing the room with a curtain. Whole foods etc. nearby.

Breakfast closes at 9AM sharp. When you are on vacation this is way too early. Room next to the ice is machine rather unpleasant due to the noise when people get ice 24/7. Housekeeping threw away my own good soap I brought and replaced it with the hotel soap… Most guests paying for hotel parking in a still to be developed area with plenty of empty spaces around was kind of funny to watch.
