Every thing was great.

The property was a studio apartment with a king size bed and a pull-out sofa. The balcony overlooks Sapphire Beach and is adjacent to a small marina that hosts excursions. Our host Michael was very responsive and friendly. The location is fantastic. There are three restaurants on site, all with bars. There is another restaurants in the adjacent condo complex just up the hill. Service was friendly and efficient everywhere we went.

The utilities are not very reliable on the island. The power and the internet went out several times during our stay, unrelated to the weather. This is not the owner or the property manager's fault, but it is worth mentioning so you are prepared. The parking is limited and the parking lot could use some maintenance.

The location was perfect. The view of the beach was most important and the proximity to everything was exactly what was expected. The room was in excellent condition and comfortable. Visible security and pristine grounds was a nice addition.
