When we walked into the condo, my boys (13 and 10) both stopped and say, "Wow!" Spacious condo with a beautiful view of the lake. Well maintained. Easy check in, check out procedures. We were able to do our exploring in the morning/afternoons and spread out to relax in the evenings. Perfection!

Such an amazing place to celebrate my wife and I's anniversay. Everything we needed was there to use and enjoy. The view of the lake was icing on the cake. The exquisit artwork of Russian comedian Yakov Smirnoff was an added bonus as well. We definitely plan on spending future get a ways at the View at Emerald Point!

We loved the condo! It was so clean and roomy and nicely decorated just as the pictures. We enjoyed the artwork and would love to stay there again. The sunsets were amazing from the deck and the view of the lake was spectacular!

I made a spur of the moment decision to head to Table Rock for a few days of relaxation, hiking, and just looking at the beautiful lake. The property manager was very accommodating and Holly, the housekeeper, was awesome in helping me get in when the door wasn't working. JD, the handyman, was nothing but kind and I enjoyed chatting while he fixed the door lock.
Come to find out, this condo is owned by Yakov Smirnoff and the home is filled with his art & memorabilia, which was just an added benefit.
I loved that you are away from downtown Branson, but close enough if you want to see the touristy sites. My only complaints about the actual condo is the layout that puts the bedroom on the parking lot/outside walk side, making it noisy and difficult to get the bedroom dark. Add to this the turny stick thing for the blinds in the master was missing so I had to stand on a chair and turn it by hand to get the blinds to close. Nothing that can't be overcome though.
Otherwise, the condo was just as advertised and I'd definitely book again.

Little confusing with getting to the place. No fault of the owner though. Construction on the entrance gate to the community threw us off some, arriving in the dark. Beautiful view from the deck and living/dining area. Elevator was nice to get to the third floor. Everything as described and a very nice stay. Thank You

This property was perfect with fantastic views across the lake. Communication with the team was exemplary and they were very accommodating when we extended our stay, but then had to cancel the extension due to a family emergency back home.

We really enjoyed staying in this spacious condo. It has a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake especially the sunsets. Seeing bald eagles fly over the lake was a highlight of our stay. We’ll definitely come back to stay again. One problem was the family above us were noisy and sounded as if the were jumping off the furniture till late at night and before 8 in the morning. All in all we will still come again.

The unit is beautiful with a great layout and nice view to the lake from the balcony. They also provided a "starter set" of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. The only downsides: there always seemed to be a backup of cars entering the gated community by the guardhouse, putting in the valid entry codes. Also, the walls are thin, so we could hear voices and footsteps from the unit above, who unfortunately had some active kids.

This is the second time we have rented this property for our last minute vacation. We are just about 4 hours away and it’s a great get away. The property offers a beautiful view of Tale Rock Lake. It’s quiet and peaceful! We love it!

Very nice with an incredible view of the lake. We were really able to sit back and relax. The boys had a lot of fun in the pool.
Having the ability to make a good breakfast in the morning was always a plus.
The only negative was the Einstein painting in the bathroom. Our youngest was intimidated by it.

Loved it and the location, and of course the view. My only little complaint is that the patio furniture could use some new cushier cushions. But the kitchen a great size and is stocked with what we needed to cook meals. The pool at the complex is fantastic! We would stay here again for sure.

The pool was dirty and most of the pool loungers were torn. The patio furniture was dirty and worn. The grill on the deck was filthy. I injured my foot from a floor staple sticking up. For the price I wasn’t impressed.

This property was true to listing. It was very affordable which was nice considering the beautiful water view. We appreciate such a relaxing place to stay at a price we can afford. Hopefully it will continue to be affordable so those on a tight budget can experience a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable. There was a dip in the mattress in master bedroom but it was still comfortable. Plenty of hot water for those who love hot baths and showers. We really enjoyed our stay and will return again.

I went here to spend time in solitude to journal and this condo was perfect. The condo had everything I need most importantly it the view was incredible. It was clean and nice.

This condo was excellent and located in a beautiful section of the lake, and the view from the balcony is fantastic.
The upstairs noise mentioned by others was accurate, but did not seriously affect our stay. Additionally, plan ahead and bring what you will need if you intend to cook. They have pots and pans, but we needed to buy salt/pepper/oil/sugar/creamer/sponges. However, these small negative issues were greatly outweighed by the positive aspects of the property.
We experienced varying weather conditions during our short stay, warm, rainy, and cold, but every time we came back to the condo it was cozy and comfortable.
We were very happy here, and would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are in the area. Thank you for hosting us!!

Install ADA toilets. Balcony furniture cushions were horribly worn out. Master bedroom bed mattress too soft or worn out.. windows needed cleaning and wouldn't open and there were a lot of dead bugs on sills and around patio door. Location is beautiful but we won't be staying there again.

I was first introduced to this area by my in-laws who come down every summer. It’s quiet, wonderful view of the lake, and a great place to escape the craziness of the world. It was the first place I thought when my husband and I needed to get away for a few days after our wedding!

This condo is beautiful and spacious, perfect for 4 adults + 2 kids. It had everything we needed. The view of the lake is outstanding. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. The complex is small and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. For future potential renters, the complex does not allow boat trailer parking. The marina onsite charges a daily fee for trailer parking. There are no boat slips available. We were able to rent a slip and trailer parking at Tablerock marina, which isn't too far.

We brought our Family for a week long trip to Branson. We couldn't have stayed in a nicer location! Views from the condo were Amazing to say the least. Everything felt upscale, roomy, & comfortable. They went to great lengths getting us a new mattress delivered in the master bedroom when it wasn't working for us. Close enough to everything Branson had to offer, but secluded enough to be able to wind down & relax. If we visit Branson again we most definitely will plan on staying here.

Loved staying at this condo. Location is great and the view is amazing. They need to add some sound proofing for the unit above this one because there were some heavy walkers staying in that unit. We would definitely be back again.
