Great place, plenty of room. Good location

Our host was very helpful with ski areas and restaurants to visit as well as accommodating our 2 hour early arrival.

Spacious 5 bedroom, great location: easy to get slopes, stores, restaurants.

Was a great trip, house is centrally located to Snowbird, Alta and Brighton. The house was clean, well organized, and communication with the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

We love staying here when we come to Utah. Starting to feel like a second home.

I do not understand how this property has the rating it does. The house has so much upkeep that's needed and it's not very clean. There's ceiling fans that don/t work, missing smoke detectors, broken windows, broken furniture, broken blinds, light bulbs out, the air vents are filthy, the tubs are stained and horrible looking, wood rot on the 2 back decks, shredded mats/carpets and many items in disrepair. Be aware that the "bedroom" on the main floor is actually a converted office. There is no closet in this room. For some reason, there is still Christmas decor out (we were there in August) and random things like CrockPots on the floor in the formal dining room. The listing should be clear that the owner lives in the basement. She's very sweet, but it's weird having people walk through the backyard going to/from her living space. She needed to clean out the fridge and empty the dishwasher after we arrived because apparently she uses the space for herself when it's not being rented. She had a lot of advance notice as to our arrival time. The decor in the house is cute, it just needs a VERY deep cleaning. She provides beautiful cookies to her guests which is very nice. It took 2 weeks and MANY follow ups with her to get my security deposit back. There is a next door neighbor that looks into this backyard that there is a bad relationship with. Apparently, he calls the city on her guests a lot. His dog barked NON STOP while he was with the owner for hours on Saturday morning.

This place was awesome. Cheri, made us feel really welcome upon arrival and her home was beautiful and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Hope to stay there again when we visit the SLC area.

We had a great time on our ski trip with our family and family friends. The house had a great location to the both canyons, ample space for us, an extremely well appointed kitchen as far as plates and utensils and equipment. The yard was nice for the kids to play in and enjoy. It was great and we would stay again.

The home is nicely furnished and large. Our group was 5 guys and we each got our own bedrooms with King or Queen beds in each. It is very conveniently located to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Our host, Sharee, checked us in and was fantastic in every respect. We especially loved the locally made, sinfully delicious cookies. All in all, a great VRBO rental.

Cheri was a wonderful host! The house was beautiful and very clean. We felt right at home and Cheri was available to answer questions and helped us with advice on where to shop and eat. We were able to get to know her and she is very kind and accommodating. We had an amazing time!

We enjoyed Cheri's home. It's a great location for skiing the Cottonwood Canyon resorts. The neighborhood is very nice, with walking trails accessible just down the street. The mountains are visible from the home. The home provided great space for all of to enjoy meals together and had nice size bedrooms for all. Cheri followed up all week to make sure we had everything we needed.

We were greeted by our host and made to feel comfortable immediately. House was spacious and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again. Hot tub was a bonus after skiing.

The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We really appreciated that two of the rooms offered King size (comfortable) beds! The kitchen is well equipped and even has basic spices available for you to use. The hot tub is a welcome feature of this property especially after a long day of skiing (though it does need to be leveled which Cheri says is on the list to do in the spring). Cheri was a terrific host, very responsive and helpful. We loved the plate of cookies and the humus was delicious!

House is very roomy and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks of skiing and had 4-6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The house is very conveniently located near ski mountains, restaurants and grocery stores. Cheri stayed in touch though out our stay and was very responsive to any of our needs.

Nice property located in a golf course community close to the canyons. Good communication with owner while on site. Property is well stocked for cooking meals at home. Beds were comfortable and great for a relaxing stay. Home was spacious and had a warm ambiance. Would recommend to guests and would consider on a future trip.

We were met but Cheri with delicious cookies waiting. Location was perfect for heading up the mountain to ride and into city for dining or shopping. Perfect amount of space for our group of 4 couples. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed that Cheri would be staying in the basement of the home. We were made aware when we arrived. It was not noted in description of home. Would have appreciated a heads up prior to arrival.

This house was in a perfect location for our family of seven ski trip to SLC. It was convenient to all the IKON ski resorts near SLC (Brighton/Solitude/Alta/Snowbird/Deer Valley). The house had all the amenities to cook our meals after a full day of skiing. The house felt like a home away from home. Cheri was very helpful

We had a great time with our family in Salt Lake City. Came out to take the grandkids to the Zoo and Aquarium. This home is right between them - 20 min to each. Very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Five bedrooms made it easy to spread out and have a quiet place for out little ones to sleep and nap. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. If we do this again, we'll stay here again. Won't even bother looking elsewhere!

Cheri was welcoming and assisted us with our stay. The home was very relaxing. We enjoyed visiting on the back patio. The beds and sheets were super cozy.

We rented this home because the pics showed lots of rooms and outdoor spaces, as well as a piano and a hot tub that we planned to enjoy over a whole week. Unfortunately, the house was so over decorated that it was hard to spread out, get comfortable and spend a week with so much stuff everywhere. The kitchen, bathrooms, deck and outdoor spaces need cleaning and maintenance and a new hot tub "has been ordered." If you are musical, the piano was definitely a plus.

This property is perfectly located to access all the ski areas up both big and little cottonwood canyons. It handles our group of 10 easily and comfortably. The owner was available but not intrusive. we had a great stay

Cheri's house is updated, clean and comfortable. Each of us had our own bedroom for privacy, and the common spaces were great for meal preparation, dining and just hanging out. The neighborhood is excellent and we were just 30 minutes to the ski areas. Cheri is so nice and we were greeted with homemade cookies!

From the check in to the check out it was PERFECT! The owner is extremely nice and responds in minutes! House is big, clean and there is everything and some more! Great location, close to everything!!! Will be back!!! Thank you Cheri!!!

Owner was very accommodating. Met us for check in at the time we requested. We had one question arise during stay and she responded immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. If it is available, we will stay here again on our next visit.

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood! There are neighbors but you do not know it is very quiet. The home owner is very easy to communicate with and is very nice. The home is warm, inviting and decorated nicely. The owner greets you with yummy cookies when you come in. We would definetely stay here again!
