Our family had another great stay at this beautiful condominium. The open floor plan, view of the lake, and the convenience too all that Pentwater has to offer make this our favorite spot. The entire process from booking to checking in/out was seamless with great communication along the way. We appreciate being able to make family memories in such a great location.

This was our second stay in this lovey condo. It is very roomy and nicely appointed. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed. We got to enjoy the homecoming parade and fireworks from our deck. The beds are very nice and there are plenty of towels and such.

This condo is perfectly located in Pentwater! We loved having coffee on the balcony with the beautiful view of Pentwater lake and access to the stores and shops was super convenient. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I just completed a four night stay at this fabulous two bedroom condo overlooking Pentwater Lake and the municipal marina. Very nice property, spacious, and an amazing master suite. We had a great getaway!!! Thank you!

Right away I noticed how incredibly clean and light the condo was. The photos are very accurate. The views across Hancock street are awesome looking out at the boat docks and Pentwater lake. The neighbors were very friendly and quiet. The outdoor patio is big and being one level up off the street is actually fun. People walking by literally don’t realize you’re right there above them. It is extremely convenient to everything downtown Pentwater has to offer and cenzos grocery store is 30 feet away! Walking to the beach is an easy stroll and if you take a buggy or wagon, there’s no need to drive to the beach either. The condo has an elevator for loading and unloading which is very convenient. If you have scheduled a fishing trip with the sportsmen or other, they’re docked directly across the steet less than 100 yards. Over all experience was an A + and if I had to leave any suggestions or negative feedback I don’t know what that would be? Maybe some better pillows or something??? You won’t be disappointed!

The condo was spacious, very clean, and well furnished. The view over the park and lake was great. Loved the inset on the balcony which allowed us to be in sun or shade. Owner very friendly. Check in simple.

We stayed here last year for Labor Day weekend and booked it again this year. This is a great place to stay in Pentwater. The condo is on the main downtown street and is perfect for a group of 4. I can’t wait to come back!

We felt at home right away. Walking into the foyer we found the condo is full of natural light and a great view of Pentwater lake. Just as pictured. Very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. So nice to walk downstairs to the bakery or down the street for more coffee, fresh chocolate croissant or good meals. We made lots of good purchases at the local farmer’s market. Great location for a quick, pleasant walk for a Lake Michigan sunset. Also the condo is a perfect launching pad for Ludington and Silver Lake. Best was relaxing on the large balcony, watching the boats and feeling the city vibe. Thanks for sharing your home!

We love this place. We come back every year. Wonderful condo in a beautiful location. Right from the front window, we watched the charter fishing boats come in and unload and display their generous catches of large salmon and lake trout!

Loved the location & facility. Air conditioning quit Friday & it got up to 80 inside the condo. MBR sink very slow so needs to be unclogged. Front door latch needs adjustment. BUT thanks for renting the unit.

If you don't like this condo you need to stay home. It very spacious with very nice furniture. The kitchen has all the stuff you need. The owners were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. The view of the harbor from the deck was great. We had a front row seat for the 4th of July fireworks. We are looking forward to staying there again next year. The elevator was a nice amenity for us seniors.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in the heart of Pentwater. The condo is much more spacious than the pictures make it seem. It is clean, quiet, and convenient to the marina, beaches, and shopping. The communication with the owners was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to staying there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The listing is as described and looks bigger in person. It is on the second floor, and there is an elevator in addition to the stairs. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. If you decide not to use the drip coffee maker, there is a coffee shop a short walk away.
There was plenty of paper products as well as shampoo and soap, and a hair dryer so I didn't need to pack mine.
The hosts were very easy to work with and responsive to questions.
We arrived on Memorial Day and being on the main street in downtown, we were a little concerned about the noise/traffic. However, there was very little during the week. We really enjoyed watching all of the boats come in at sunset from both the deck (which is very spacious) and the living room.
Checking in and out was simple and easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The front of the condo offered a grand view of Pentwater Lake and Hancock St, downtown Pentwater. We could walk to stores and restaurants, as we did everyday while we were there. The hosts give u all the info u need up front. Thx

When my daughter and I first walked into the condo we saw the beautiful stretch of Pentwater lake all across the the sliding glass doors and we knew right away we loived the condo. . The view is also seen out of the primary bedroom as well. The condo is very clean. updated, and comfortable and had everything we needed. We sat with coffee in the morning out on the patio watching the charter boats bring fish in and watching the pretty blue water. The condo is next door to a wonderful small grocery and just steps away from coffee shops, cafes, and shopping. At night we walked to the beach for ice cream to watch the sunset and then came back to this beautiful, comfortable condo with the beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure! The condo is beautiful, the location is perfect and the owners are so responsive and wonderful to rent from. This is our 4th year staying here and we hope it will continue to be our vacation destination for many years to come!

Our group appreciated the bright and breezy balcony and the cleanliness of the entire space. This condo is convenient to everything, the grocery store is next door. The balcony had a wonderful view of Pentwater Lake, the boats going back and forth and was wonderful for people watching. There is a liquor store below that also has some meats and cheese, we really enjoyed the friendly business that Ryan at PortView provided. It was great having our bikes for an easy ride to the beach. Rick and Shiela were great hosts, it was most definitely a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. The space is very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the harbor. The location is perfect for accessing downtown shops and restaurants, and there’s a grocery next door to the condo complex. We really appreciated the elevator! Rick and Shiela were very accessible and responsive. I highly recommend!

The beautiful condo exceeded our exceptions in so many ways. You can’t beat the location. Right in town and a mile away from the beach. The walk to the beach is easy and fun. The porch looking out at the Marina was incredible. It helped wash away all of the stressors of our daily life and allowed us to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It was truly our favorite thing to do in our down time. The beds were plush and so comfortable. I have never slept well on vacation until staying here. The Hosts were very kind and responded right away to questions I had before arriving. They went above and beyond many times for us and we will absolutely be back next year. We can not wait and feel so blessed to have found this GEM in the greatest town in Michigan. Book this condo. You will not regret it.
