I had a total knee replacement and my husband has neuropathy so not knowing that it was on the 3rd floor was a challenge for us. It also said it was newly renovated and it was not. The master bedroom toilet did not flush and had to call maintenance to snake it but it didn’t work either or help the matter. It was ocean front and close to the ocean with a beautiful view. It also stated it had laundry facilities but we could not find it. The key return was an issue as well because we were not told that you had to go to another property to drop the keys off and when we finally figured out to call the after hours number the guard was not at the other property which was very confusing. They need to have a drop box at the place you pick up the keys.
