This is very clean and comfortable loft in a great location close to the river and downtown Hailey. We would give it a 5 star rating if: (A) the privacy film on the windows was removed in the main living area so that you could enjoy the beautiful view. It’s a shame that the windows are covered because the view is excellent and the privacy film causes the loft to be much darker than it should be. (B) the security locks on the windows were taken off so you could fully open the windows (the inability to open the windows more than a half inch or so creates a feeling of being imprisoned. (C) the owners or property managers removed all the post-it note reminders about how to care for their property. It’s just not necessary and it’s not welcoming (from our perspective). We give it 4 stars out of 5 because of these things. Everything else was great.

Very clean and loved the park next door.

It was a 5 star experience. The hosts, Linda and Danny were great hosts. The unit was immaculate and well stocked with all the necessities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hubbub of most tourist destinations but with walking distance to many restaurants and to Black Owl coffee, a favorite.

It was nice, a bit out of the way. And lots of rules and notes everywhere reminding you Over and over. It made us feel a little uncomfortable. The fees for insurance and possible damages insurance, will make us make sure we never use VRBO again.

This was my second time staying here. The location is perfect for me and the property and owners are great!

Overall a very clean excellent rental. The unit is on the property with the owners home just across the driveway, they were available if anything was needed, but you still maintained your privacy. For a pet friendly rental, there was no trace of previous pets, and they also provided dog bowls if needed, which was a nice touch. The stairs up to the loft are carpeted, if there is any concern of having slippery stairs, and it was nice that shoes were taken off at the door. Well stocked, furnished and designed. We would come back to this rental if we came to Hailey again.

We LOVED our stay here!!! Everything was exactly as posted but even better in person. The mountains were covered in snow and it was so beautiful!!! The Boyd's communicate quickly and were great to book with. If we go back to Hailey, Idaho we will definitely stay here again!!

We’ve stayed at Linda’s property in the past and it is where my husband wanted to spend his 60th birthday so we booked it for his birthday weekend. Snow, wind and road closures prevented us from getting to the property. Our only option was a longer (open route) but still with dangerous conditions. Linda didn’t hesitate to allow us to cancel and rebook or to get reimbursed. She responded to us immediately, preventing us from driving any further into worsening conditions. We appreciated this beyond words. Thank you and we will rebook in more moderate weather. Cheers.

Very nice property, must have been recently renovated. Spacious for two people. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet location but close to downtown Hailey. Host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This property was very clean, had a great location, and was spacious. This vrbo is listed as dog friendly property; however, the strict rules about leaving our dog alone for even a short amount of time was unfortunate. There was also an additional fee associated with having a dog. There were many rules and restrictions about the apartment and we were very stressed about following them all. I would recommend this apartment , but not for dog .

Loft space is nicely done with great finishes and a nice view on the deck. Has everything you need.

Wonderfully clean home in safe and quiet location. Great access to several outdoor activities and dining. We had a great stay and enjoyed our relaxed hosts and ideal Hailey Idaho atmosphere .

Nice little rental. The property was very well-kept and the amenities were accurate as listed online. It did get a little warm at night but given that we were staying in the hot part of July that’s not to be unexpected

We stayed in the loft, which was very nice and one of the cleanest locations we have stayed. The owners were friendly. My only issue was all of the do’s and don’t’s throughout the rental. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable, concerned about forgetting to comply with all the rules. There were even sticky notes throughout the rental to remind us of things such as how much coffee to use and to unwrap the dishwasher pods before putting in dishwasher. This made us feel like there was no trust between the owner and renter. This experience made me feel like this is not a location we would stay again.

Excellent new loft, very clean and as advertised. Met my needs for my trip perfectly at a good cost. Definitely happy with the stay, would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

We came up from Salt Lake City for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with the beauty of Hailey and the things we could do within walking distance. The loft was a beautiful, clean space with every amenity we needed.

This was a great weekend getaway for me, my husband and our dog. The location is close to town and close to hiking trails. Neighborhood was quiet and cute. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. The need to take fast showers was a bit inconvenience if you’re used to taking your time. Also, I recommend reading the dog rules thoroughly. Our dog did fine with them but it took some retraining :) Overall I highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

We absolutely loved our time at Linda's loft! I have never stayed in such a clean rental property. And, every little detail was thought of. In a quiet riverfront neighborhood, the loft was a quiet place to return to after time spent in Ketchum/Sun Valley. We would be so happy to return here in the future - I couldn't recommend it more!

We stayed in the loft and it was perfect for my husband and I. It looked brand new. We had all the supplies we needed. The king size bed was awesome and very comfortable. Danny and Linda were great and very friendly. The area was on the owners property and was very easy to get to and was very quiet. The only thing we had any issue with was that there were lots of lights on around us at night so it was never very dark in our room at night. We had a fabulous time during our week stay. We would highly recommend this loft to anyone.
