Beautiful house with amazing views. Would definitely return and stay here with friends/family.

Lovely home on the beach with beautiful expansive views of the ocean. We enjoyed incredible sunrises from the master bedroom and the living room. Loved spending time on the Adirondack chairs off the large master bedroom balcony. Kitchen and bathrooms were new, clean, and fresh. Bright white cabinetry and sleek countertops. The queen sized bed in the upstairs bedroom needs replacing soon. The outside lamppost keeps the room from being dark at night. There is a portion of the window that has been left uncovered. There are steep steps from the driveway into the house and about 20 steps to reach the upstairs. My husband and I are in our 70’s (my husband had back surgery 6 months ago) and found the steps challenging. However, in the end, we found the steps to be a great workout. We would definitely recommend this property. We had a great time and would have loved to extend our stay.

I almost hate to provide this review as I know many will soon seek to schedule a week or two at this extraordinary spot on the beach —making it more difficult to schedule out return. Couldn’t say enough about the location, cleanliness, an excellent management team- who made the process and stay very easy. Let me preface that we are an international family, with kids and grands ages 1-24. We love to vacation around the world. But we have one rule - that the house is better than our primary home - by size, location, or amenities. Well, folks, we have a home run here with this house! If you're familiar with the awesome community of Wild Dunes, well amp that up when you stay in the exclusive gated Ocean Point Community within Wild Dunes. This home has an unobstructed 180 view of the ocean, the fairway, dunes, and the most amazing sunrises! If you are so lucky to come during a full moon like me, the experience should fascinate the seasoned astronomer while you sit star-struck on the primary bedroom's huge balcony. AHHHHHHMAZING! Walk out the back porch, onto the golf path, and to the left - it leads to the perfect fishing hole for reds and a private walkway to the vast beach perfect for littles or football with the teens. If you walk out the front door, you will find the path to the Ocean Point pool and LARGE hot tub overlooking the ocean and golf. Stunning, clean, well-kept. But mom's favorite was for sure the primary bedroom and bathroom - the best views I have yet to see from a coastal home in SC. And the bathtub is amazing. The house layout is perfect too! Finally, this home has pack-n-plays, gates, beach towels, board games, beach carts, and stocked cabinets. I 100% recommend it! My hubby and I are already planning when we can return to THIS home! No complaints!

From the initial booking to every interaction that followed, communication was easy from start to finish thanks to a responsive, helpful and friendly team. The house itself was amazing - even more beautiful than pictured. Open floor plan, really thoughtful touches throughout and breathtaking panoramic views. It did not disappoint!

Great place.

Had a good time. House was comfortable, as described and provided a good base to explore. When we visited it was very quiet which was great, often having the pool to ourselves. We would return.

Two families with two toddlers stayed and the house was perfect. The lay out of the bedrooms worked well for staggered bedtimes, the kitchen was big enough for family meals, and the two minute walk to the beach made for a relaxing and easy stay.

We stayed in this home for over a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home has it all: great location, ocean view, well stocked, very nice layout, screened porch and 2nd floor deck. The list goes on but the home shows as well in person as it does in pictures. Without question, we would stay here again.

Wonderful views of the ocean, as you’re only steps away from the beach. This house surpassed our expectations in many ways. We’ve stayed in several houses in IOP over the past few years and this was by far the cleanest. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. View from second floor primary bedroom is amazing. Kitchen has ample counter space and views of the water. Bathrooms are large and updated. We would have stayed longer had our schedule allowed.

Had an amazing stay! Super close to the beach!

It took us over an hour to finally figure out the main TV is an Apple Tv You still have other remotes and the Welcome instructions still say Direct Tv. Also there is a wasp nest on small balcony upstairs and front left burner on stove is not working. Still great house 3rd year renting it. Thanks Patty Avery

The property and mgmt team were great. The house was clean and well maintained.

This house was even better than I thought from the listing. Well equipped and tastefully decorated to feel more an elegant second home than a short term rental. We loved the location — so close to beach and pool — and the neighborhood which was quiet. Our family - ages 2-75 - all had a wonderful time and hope to return. Kitchen had all the pans / pots we needed, and there were even toys for kids. Since it can be hard to see from pictures, I’ll add that there are many closets / spaces to stash a toddler in a pack n play (we picked laundry / pantry, but the primary suite closet is huge and I’m pretty sure we could have used either of the queen bedroom closets too.)

Everything was great! House was spectacular! Location was perfect!

This place has amazing views and easy access to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I received multiple text messages and emails prior to arrival that made it easy and convenient to access the community. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Wild Dunes.

Beautiful home with stunning views of the ocean. The screened in porch was fantastic in the mornings to enjoy coffee, conversation, with the sound of the waves crashing. Walks thru Wild Dunes were so lovely. The drive to downtown Charleston is super easy. We loved our week and will be back. 🏝️

A Golden Sunrise was a wonderful property. Easy beach access. Wonderful deck off master and great screened porch off living area. House was very nice, clean and nicely furnished! Very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

“A Golden Sunrise” is a beautiful home with spectacular oceanfront views! The home was clean and well equipped. I was impressed by the quick responses from Steven and Sarah at I-Trip regarding my inquiries. I would stay again!

The house was beautifully and clean Our issue was the amenity listed Garage. But when arrived the book says the garage can not be used It also said it's a 2 car minimum but if you can't use the Garage there is no room for a second car Next. We never received a code for the outside gate that allows access to the area We were literally locked out after coming back from dinner and it was only 10:30. Next. The master bedroom has a nice bath tub. But no handle bar. The tub is very deep and I had to get help in order to get out as I'm a senior citizen and it was slippery.

The house was beautiful and the beach was close . We used the pool several times also . And the neighbors we’re friendly and from our home state ! It’s a small world ?

Excellent house and beach. Few minor issues with lights not working and grill not clean. Pool is a close walk. Would stay again.

This is an incredible vacation house. It is clean, spacious, comfortable and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is in a small gated community in the Wild Dunes Resort so the privacy/space afforded is exceptional. Great supermarket, restaurants and beach chair rental company all nearby. The hosts were great communicators and made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend, thank you!

Waves and boogie boarding were right around the corner. Jelly fish were a bit plentiful. A few stings but that was only a couple days. Easy access to Charleston.

Bottom line, I made all my complaints and was told I would get something credited back to my credit card…..can you tell me if that happened?

A Golden Sunrise stands up to its name as it directly faces East with a clear and perfect view of the rising sun over the Ocean. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable and has a wonderful layout for family members to enjoy shared space but also their own ensuite bedrooms.
