This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed the hot tub and mini… mini golf! Also sitting around the gas fire pit was wonderful!

This property had more than we could’ve asked for at a fantastic rate. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a grocery store and short drive to downtown Brighton. The property’s multiple bedrooms with full private bathrooms was ideal for our couples trip. The house appeared to be completely remodeled recently. It was very well decorated and fully stocked. Evenings in the backyard hanging out in the hot tub and around the fire pit was the best part of our trip. The Owners were great to deal with and very responsive. This place will be our first choice next time we’re looking for a house in the Denver area. Book with confidence!

The house is beautiful has everything you need and more! Brighton Colorado is a very nice town. The owners of the home Morgan and Jeannine were very easy to communicate with and very nice. The house was easy to get to and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking or white waters rafting. We will diffently stay here again when we come bavk to Colorado. Thank you for everything highly recommend staying here.

The location is great. The property is clean and very nice aside from full ashtrays outside the doors and dog poo on the putting green. I PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to HOUSE RULES: These indicate no more than 6 overnight guests allowed and no events. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE that although the house sleeps 6 you may pay extra for every person over two. They watch the "cameras" counting the people coming in. They also call and text to let you know you are on camera and are watching and counting. They terminated our booking on day 2 of a 9-day stay because we were not willing to pay an additional $200.00 for every person who walked through the front door from 9 am-5 pm. ALSO: It's important to ask the host what they consider to be an event before booking. An event, in the host's eyes, includes a morning meeting of 7 business professionals. When you book this property the owners would like you to let them know in advance of the nature of your business and a guest list of everyone who will be arriving, NOT just the people sleeping there. If they don't believe you, they may show up at your place of work and demand extra money and also to ensure you are not lying about who you really are. This is exactly what happened to me. He made a complete scene at my place of business. I also received several unwarranted texts after I asked them to stop texting and after we had left the property to ensure we knew we violated his rules. I've never been subjected to this level of harassment.

My stay was every but of superior from check-in to check-out.... ! The home was beautiful inside/out. We will definitely come again
