Cleanliness of toilette

It is on the most famous street, very central. It has a lounge for the guests who have sea view rooms, Dina is very diligent and kind staff at the lounge. The lounge is very very nice and you can find drinks and food free. Very nice breakfast at a very nice cafe of the hotel with very nice staffs.

Not very close to the sea but it was not important for me. I took a king bed room but the king bed was combained of two twin beds, nobody prefers this kind of this king bed.

Early check-in following long flights was a bonus. A convenient location and modern, well appointed room.

Housekeeping trolleys too wide for corridors. Maybe use several narrower ones.

Central location close to Tel Aviv main avenue, shoreline and yet with great views (for rooms facing the sea). Our book included entrance to the VIP lounge with many drinks and snacks. Good breakfast.

Room is very small, basic bathroom (with a small water leak). Curtains are too small and did not block the light, so saidly we woke up with sunrise. Parking nearby for 70 NIS per day.

After checking in, unfortunately none of our calls from the bedroom to Customer Service or “0” were answered, despite calling more than 10 times from 8pm onwards. We had needed several items including a hairdryer, a kettle, soap and for someone to fix the bedside lamp. Needless to say, our first evening was not at all comfortable. However, our calls in the morning were attended immediately, for which we were grateful. Perhaps the failure to answer calls the previous night was due to faulty phone lines? Hopefully fixed soon. We were also disappointed with the lack of wall hooks to hang more than 1 towel. There were 2 occupants in the room. No sea view from the hotel as we were led to believe.

The rudest staff you can come across. Have travelled extensively and never found such a bad experience.
