One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed in, attentive and helpful staff with a real enthusiasm to make the stay special!

I didn't like the fact I was there for only one night! I wish I could have stayed for a week.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Da Nang, Vietnam, and it was an absolutely lovely experience from start to finish. This resort exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional staff, delectable food, serene spa, and breathtaking views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the resort staff, especially Thao and Quynh. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They were always available to offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities, making our time in Da Nang truly unforgettable. The food was simply amazing. The resort's restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisines. Each dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, and the flavours were outstanding. The attentive and courteous staff, especially Tra My, in the restaurant made dining a delightful experience. The resort's spa was a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the spa offered a wide range of treatments and therapies. We indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage, and it was an absolute bliss. The skilled therapists and tranquil ambience of the spa helped us unwind and revitalize our senses. It was the perfect way to escape from the stresses of everyday life. The views were nothing short of breathtaking. We were treated to unforgettable sunsets and sunrises that painted the sky with vibrant colours. We can highly recommend this resort!

The hotel is nice. the staff was so kind, especially My in the restaurant.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room that was very big and even had a steam sauna room and a Japanese toilet. Restaurant food was excellent and good value. Good location near the Dragon Bridge.

A little bit awkward to get to as it is on Green Island.

Noisy Ceiling fan & air conditioner

The whole resort is fantastic, everything fit together. The staff was amazing, especially Huy who gave us a lot of tips we must to see.qa The breakfast was vary tasty and variet. There was nothing to complain about the onsen. The location was quiet, perfect for bad sleepers. Not far from the hotel there are possibilities to hire a motorbike/the parking lot at the hotel was secured. We can only recommend this resort.

great value for money. good location - about an easy 2km walk along esplanade to the dragon bridge. Pool was lovely. Villa very spacious.

mouldy walls in the bathroom. please clean them. Latte coffee milk was terrible. Onsen is only open from midday until 9:30pm so it is only available for about 6-7 hours if your stay.

They upgraded us to a villa and that was excellent. The breakfast was good. Onsen was a nice experience

Comparatively small dining room

Rooms are spacious and clean, all facilities are excellent, and the staff are very accommodating.

Need a little more choice in the breakfast menu (especially hot food). the pasta option are more lunch than breakfast choices.

Peaceful location with a nice view from restaurant and pool. The room was nice, but a little small. Bed was comfortable. The dinner order was screwed up, but I wasn't charged for the dish and was, in fact, given the replacement dish foc. Good, and varied early breakfast before setting off for an early flight.

kinda nothing around it

Onsen is great ❤️ We got free upgrade to Villa which is spacious . The toilet has Japanese washlet. Impressive! It is the only hotel i stayed outside of Japan with washlet. 😁 Bathtub is huge as well, love it.

Breakfast menu never change, we get offered extra 2 ala carte dishes for 3 night stay however it will only serve on one day.

The location was peaceful by the river overlooking the ferris wheel, though not walking distance to anything. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean. The area by the pool was pretty with hanging beds to relax in.

The river view room was actually overlooking a parking lot with a little of the river on the side. The air conditioner was difficult to use because the controller screen was broken.

poor customer service

The Blossom Resort was a beautiful oasis for me mid trip when I needed a break from the motorbikes and noise! Being able to use the onsen whenever I wanted was a real treat, especially as most times noone else was there. The onsen had a large lovely hot pool, a sauna, Himalayan salt steam room and very cold pool- which was actually so good to finish the visit with given the heat. I would 100% recommend this place to travellers who appreciate tranquility and pretty Japanese gardens! I also did a great yoga class one morning free of charge and I think these are offered every day

It was beautiful. The meal sizes could have been slightly larger but that had not negative impact on my experience

Very calm and beautiful garden, small pond and river. The onsen is great!!!

Food and wifi

Staff were excellent. Friendly, attentive, helpful. Villa was perfect for our family and the whole resort felt very peaceful despite being in the middle of the city. Toddler loved the koi ponds.
