I had difficulty receiving communication through Booking.com however the property manager was extremely understanding and showed great patience. She made sure my experience was not tainted due to the mishap. That extra effort on her part meant everything! The property was clean and all of today's must haves (great wifi, multiple TV streaming options, video games) were provided. Great experience overall!

There were gnats. However, I do not attribute that to anything other than they enter the facility whenever the doors are opened for prolonged periods; such as while bringing in luggage. Also, beds were too soft for my liking. I prefer a firmer mattress. But that can be a me problem.

How comfortable the house was as well as how friendly and accommodating the hosts are. It really felt like a home away from home!
