Extra large first floor condo with indoor & outdoor pools, close to the beach.
Grand 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain unité au 1er étage (1275 pieds carrés). En face de l'Intracoastal Waterway et à quelques minutes en voiture de l'une des plus belles plages de la côte est (Sunset Beach, Caroline du Nord). La chambre principale a 2 lits doubles, une commode et une télévision de 42 ". La chambre lock-out a 2 lits doubles, un grand jacuzzi, une salle de bain privée, une commode, une télévision 32 ", un petit réfrigérateur, une unité de climatisation séparée et a sa propre entrée séparée. Il y a une cuisine complète dans l'unité principale avec une table à manger et un salon très confortable avec 60 "TV. Il y a deux portes coulissantes en verre au patio. Juste à côté du patio se trouve un grill communautaire et une table de pique-nique. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine intérieure et extérieure avec un bain à remous intérieur et une petite salle de sport. Cette unité vient complètement meublé, y compris les serviettes de bain et les draps, il vous suffit d'apporter vos serviettes de plage. My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Easy access to calabash and myrtle beach is just a short drive. Another good thing is the condo is very clean. The pool and the hot tub was very nice. I would recommend staying here and would book again.

When we arrived, we had no difficulty entering as communication with the owner was excellent…he provided good instructions. The unit was clean, bright and pleaant! Everything we needed was there! This was like a home away from home! The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The pools and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. The outside areas were well kept. This was all around an amazing stay and I will be back!! Thank you to the Fitzpatricks!!!

Great condo! The condo was very spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Perfect location; just a short distance to the beach and great restaurants. Mark was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here!

nice ground floor, large condo. lots of space for several people. close to beach and good seafood. pool area was clean and nice also. this is really set up for like 4 golfers, sleeping with my wife in a double bed was a challenge but I knew it going in.

Amazing property and host
We go to Sunset Beach every year and have for several years as a family. We love the Colony II and always try to find a place here to stay. This condo is definitely one of the best. We love the option of the lock out room because it feels like a little mini suite just for my husband and I and the kids were separated more. There is plenty enough space and beds for several people. We also love this condo being on the first floor… very convenient. I had one issue with the TV and Mark called me immediately to get the issue fixed and made sure everything was the way we needed it. We will definitely stay at Mark and Debi’s place again!

Excellent Oyster Bay 2 Br condo
We highly recommend this location. It was very clean and comfortable. Mark was easy to deal with and provided helpful timely information proactively. Perfect layout with 2 private bedrooms with full bathrooms. If you are traveling to Sunset Beach area you will be very happy with this location.

I was very pleased with the property. Everything was as Mark described and he also touched base with us to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and had all we needed for the stay. Plenty of space for us and the comfort of home. We enjoyed the beach and swimming in the pools. The beds slept great and it was nice to be close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. I love the sunset beach area and had a great time.

Sunset Family Vacation
We stayed for a week. The property was exactly what we needed. Very clean, comfy beds and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners responded quickly if we needed them which we rarely did. We made a lot of memories and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Oyster Bay Condo
We enjoyed our stay at the Oyster Bay condominium. The rooms were clean, spacious, and a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed using the hot tub and indoor and out door pools. This is a convenient location just minutes from both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Great place to stay for a family getaway.

Wonderful Stay
This condo is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our hosts, the Fitzpatrick's were very accommodating when we needed to get in a bit early. The Colony at Oyster Bay is a lovely community with 2 great pools (indoor and an outdoor) and a jacuzzi hot tub. It is just minutes from the causeway to Sunset Beach and so many other things, just too many to list. We visited during the summer, but I can definitely see this as a great condo rental any time of year. Thanks again to the Fitzpatrick family for a great rental and vacation experience.

Wonderful location and property!
To start with the owners are wonderful, they communicate well with you and even provide a list of things to do in the area, which is very helpful! The condo couldn't be in a more perfect location, North Myrtle is about 20-30 mins away and Sunset Beach access is a short 3-5 min drive away we stayed Memorial Day weekend and was surprised that traffic wasn't bad to get to the beach! The condo is great! It was very spacious and very clean, much more than what was expected. There are large TVs in the rooms and living area full functioning kitchen and washer and dryer. There are no flaws to this stay at all, it is a 10/10! Thanks to the owners for sharing such a nice condo with us!

Great place to stay!!
We are so happy that we chose this condo! We loved that it was on the first floor and that we didn’t have to haul luggage up and down the stairs. The condo was really clean!! The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We also enjoyed using the pools and jacuzzi every day after we came back from the beach. We had a great time, and hope to stay at this exact same unit on our next vacation!

Nice quiet condo just minutes from the beach. Plenty of space for a large family, two couples or a group of friends. It could use a few more kitchen essentials such as a new sponge, dish soap and trash bags but this is nothing to detract from the overall stay. Communication with the manager was great.

Colony II Condo
Great place, everything we needed, if 8 people were there, one bed way to soft for us, wrapped up around me in lockout room. In addition, in lockout room, the air conditioner sounded like it was ready for gears to go out. Beautiful place, easy assess to everything. We had wonderful time, great weather! LR Glassdoor vertical shade on left was broke, could not open at all. Enjoyed our stay!

The property is wonderful and the unit is very well equipped and extremely well furnished.!
Parking at the beach was easy and free. We spent about 7 hours a day enjoying the beach and water! We rented bikes, walked the pier and did some first time bird watching. Super close to calabash and north Myrtle beach. Very Covid safe and masks everywhere inside and social distancing well observed. We would come back to this unit. Owners well organized and contactless visit which was super safe.

Everything we could ask for. Close enough to beach. Not an overcrowded complex, priced very fair. Clean, big , and convenient to all areas. If you are golfing this place is within 30 minutes of a dozen courses.
