I did not even stay here. booking.com say they will process the cancellation as due to that day itself i hav already contact MICA, abishek and micheal. nothing happen.promise but doing nothing I have asked many times ang abishek mentioned that he will arrange for full refund. the toilet is outside and they showed me the room on 2nd foor other side of the receptionists and i have to stay there alone.not safe all things already explained to your beloved booking.com staff....nothing they help out just talk n talk for commision from this booking
