I chose this hotel only due to the location and that way it was very close to my meeting at the kempinski . Omar the reception staff is the lone warrior and he is really good.. very helpful and he went out of the way to pay for my online food when I didn’t have the change (of course I paid him back 😁) Good guy but don’t know if he ever sleeps coz from check in to check out he was there…

It is a 2 star hotel of course so that’s all you can expect. Bathroom lights are very dim and can’t groom. Towels and linen looks worn out . Plug points don’t work and they had only one.

the hotel have lack of cleanness، the room has no windows, we asked for a room with a window and they told us if we’re going to change rooms we have to pay more money! the furniture was in a bad condition, the bathroom utensils were rusty and dirty also bathroom door was dirty, even the refrigerator wasn’t clean and disgusting. my experience with this hotel was the worst!
