Not getting the room we had booked 7 months in advance - we booked a room for two with a balcony we ended up with a room for 5, no balcony, more like a dormitory. They said it was an upgrade - an upgrade in size but a downgrade in ambience( it was our anniversary during our stay).We were offered a bottle of wine as compensation. No notification of this in advance - we would have cancelled for somewhere more appropriate. We were told they had a regular group booking and indeed it was busy with a tour group (it has 14 rooms), which explains the second class treatment.

This was the best accomodation experience we had in Sardinia. For a change the pictures online actually matched the facility! We were greeted by a friendly guy who spoke English and made everything easy. The whole place felt like it had gone the extra mile to make things a bit more classy. We loved our stay.

It was great being on the top floor but the stairs were a bit of a mission with suitcases lol. We did have help from the hotel staff tho. 😊

The location was optimal as it was in the center of the historic area of Bosa and also very close to excellent restaurants.

Everything. The decor was delightful and the location was brilliant. The breakfast was a continental style, with so much choice and great quality. The staff were lovely too.

The staff did a great job making sure we were well checked in, and pointed us to some great restaurants.

The smell in the room were a little funny, still the room seemed clean so not a big problem.

The hotel is located at the very centre of the old town of Bosa and therefore an ideal starting point for exploring by foot. The staff was kind and very helpful (good food recommendations) - especially Simone, who we talked to the most. We would definitely recommend coming here.

We loved everything about this place. It was even better than we expected. The property is in a cute little street in the heart of Bosa. Staff was super pleasant and helpful with lots of tips what to see and where to eat. Room was spaceous, very clean and comfy. The rooftoop terrace with a castleview was a cherry on top. This was one of the best stays in Sardinia for sure. Hope we can return one day.

There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like. Maybe the only thing is that you need to leave your car in an alley 200m away from the property, but when you're booking a place in the centre of a historical place, you can't expect to have a private parking right next to the property. It was easy to find a free parking spot, it was free and also close. I'm just writing this because I think I need to write something :) No bad things at all!
