the location

we booked through Booking.com and did not realise it was an Air B&B. the instruction on Booking.com were incorrect with wrong Pin to gain access. there were no facilities open at the resort except the pool. the apartment smelt like cigarettes and was not cleaned properly. the bed was very uncomfortable, sheets were cheep with balls on the fabric from over washing cheap sheets. the bed and pillows smelt off. after travelling for 4 weeks having good experiences this was extremely disappoint and felt it was misleading in all areas. needs a good clean, new bed, sheets and upgrade to be what it advertised.

Spacious and clean apartment. Helpful host and great location.

Only suggestion is the kitchen could do with some more cutlery and crockery.

The location was amazing. And the owner Mark and Lyndall were amazing in communication and very helpful. I checked in late but they help out me to find out the exact location, WiFi password and allowed me extra time to check out. Then contacted me immediately as I left my clothes in the unit. Very appreciated.

Cleanliness. I found a snail and a few insects in the bathroom (may be due to the rain). Also two spiders.

Amazing location right on the beach.

Strong odour of fish upstairs in the laundry and kitchen. Key to access pool not provided. Television screen was faulty - it had bright circles in different places on the screen.

Ocean view, walk to beach, quiet

Safety concerns with no hand rail on stairs, uncomfortable hard lounge, advertise with bar and restaurant but they were permanently closed. Not as clean as I would like, had to but more toilet paper. No clock. Couldn’t connect to wifi.

The view from upstairs was phenomenal 😍 The apartment was super cosy for our little family and the spa bath just tops it off! Love that there is a little kitchen too to cook breaky in the morning

The only issue was the sofa bed was actually a futon so not super comfy for sleep but our son just slept with us

Location is great accomodation was as advertised

No restaurant, gym, sauna, day spa, games room as advertised (all were in shambles and run down) pool gate was locked the entire stay.

A lovely apartment at a reasonable price. It had everything we needed. We were given easy instructions to gain access and the owners were very helpful.

This unit is not suited for a busy family, extra facilties like games room are out of order, not very clean, upstairs toilet walls visible with urine and dust, spa jets and tiles covered with mould vanity in poor condition. 1 full roll of toilet paper available for a family of 5. 3? Batteries for all remotes aircon & tv. Poor management and being charged for missing light globes and damage i had 100% nothing to do with and a dirty FRYPAN! no privacy with kitchen blinds broken and dirty grease covered dishes and rangehoods.
