The ceiling toilet at 2nd floor is leaking all the time. The homestay is not so clean eventhough just clean by the cleaner. The ceiling at the car park also got leaking. The homestay need maintenance if wan to comtinue serve customer

stayed for four days three nights, but they never come and clean up for even once! asked to replace new drinking water but wait till the evening come back still not change. and most importan is the at least 3 rooms light were so Dim cannot see at all. service also very bad. even after they seen your reply they don’t reply back to u.
