Modern apartment in the old part of Cadiz. The apartment had everything you needed. Ana always answered quickly to any questions. There was construction noise outside but closing the windows helped reduced the noise. The park in front of her complex is gorgeous.

The flat was well appointed and had everything required for an enjoyable holiday. The photo is slightly misleading as there is no view of the sea without leaning out of the window, BUT it is very close to the park photographed and we took our evening drinks across the road and out to the park where we enjoyed the lovely view of the sea and the sunset. The car park was conveniently in the building and as it is on the edge of the old town, it is easy to get out onto the outer main road and then off to Jerez or other towns. Cadiz is a super old town to explore and the flat was walking distance to anything and everything that one would want to see. Ana was an attentive host before and during the visit and her caretaker was also extremely helpful. We were given some excellent restaurant recommendations.

This apartment is immaculate . It’s owner , Ana , has equipped it to the highest standard and every small detail considered to make you feel at home , The location was perfect for us. Immediately into the small squares to eat and drink coffees - a few metres from the glorious parks and the walk along the sea front. Highly recommended and we hope to come back and stay .

Ana's apartment is the perfect apartment to stay at to enjoy a trip to Cadiz. A spacious 2 bed apartment, beautifully designed, bright, very clean and well equipped. The apartment is seconds walk from the Alameda Apodaca and within easy walking reach of everything in the old town of Cadiz. Ana is a fantastic host, she gave us great advice in advance of our stay. Alejandra, the caretaker, made herself easily understood despite our very limited Spanish. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the fabulous city of Cadiz.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable, clean with expensive furniture in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a pleasure to stay here for 3 nights and communication with Ana and her caretaker Alejandra was perfect. Highly recommend.

Loved this apartment. It is located in a quiet little street, steps away from a beautiful shady park/plaza and sea. Ana has taken care to provide everything you need to enjoy your stay including a well equipped kitchen. The flat is warm, spacious and comfortable in every way. Easily one of the best we have encountered on our travels.

My wife and I spent 6 wonderful days using Ana's luxury apartment in Old Town, Cadiz as a base for exploring this fascinating city and surroundings. There was nothing in the apartment we could fault, it had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. The communal areas outside the apartment were also clean and well maintained, the lift was useful and the parking space invaluable. The car lift was a new experience for us but was not a problem though a small car is a must. We usually walked from the apartment to the many interesting areas of the Old Town though occasionally took a bus which stopped nearby. The catamaran to Rota and Puerto Santa Maria was well worth doing as was a trip on the train to Jerez. In the city,the highlights for us were the fantastic market, the cathedral and tower, many other beautiful historical buildings and, of course, the many memorable tapas restaurants. Ana, the owner, was the perfect host, she responded without delay to emails and her housekeeper in Cadiz was most helpful. When our electric kettle broke, after an email to Ana, we found a new one had been delivered to the apartment within a few hours - excellent service! We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

The flat is comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The location is great and not in a touristy area. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket and baker's just round the corner. Ana was a very helpful host.

We visited for a week in September. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is close to the old town, with many cafes and other amenities within a few minutes walk. The sea is also just across the road, with a pleasant walk around the outer edge of Cadiz. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything needed. The bathroom has actually been updated from the pictures. The kitchen is small and well equipped. Ana was very responsive to any questions. For access to the underground garage via list, a compact car (VW Golf) was fine. But we never used it during the week due to proximity of everything.

Lovely apartment, although garage not for the feint hearted, as access to car lift (to basement parking) very tight. Location perfect for access to all of Cadiz, car redundant during stay.

Great city; very different to other Spanish cities visited with varied options in terms of sightseeing. Very well located apartment which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. AC, parking and wifi a bonus.

We loved the flat and the city. We could walk to all the sites with ease including the city beach where we swam daily. It was very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Ana responded to any questions we had immediately and was efficient and easy to deal with. All in all a very agreeable experience which we highly recommend.
