À seulement quelques pas (2 pâtés de maisons) de la plage et à quelques pâtés de maisons de Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf,
Bay Village, Tuckers, The Seashell, The Gables, Chicken or the Egg,
et bien d'autres restaurants.

Notre maison comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes et 1 demi-salle de bain, avec un plan d'étage lumineux et ouvert, une grande salle familiale, une magnifique cuisine côtière avec coin repas et grande île, une salle à manger séparée, une terrasse et un espace patio abondants pour la vie en plein air, sur le toit terrasse pour admirer le célèbre coucher de soleil LBI, portes françaises donnant sur la terrasse du maître, chambre avec lits superposés personnalisés (4 couchages), vestiaire / buanderie, coin café / cocktail au 2ème étage, station de lavage extérieure et piscine chauffée. HVAC à 2 zones et une conception de chalet côtier traditionnel décoré professionnellement avec des tonnes de charme nautique.

This LBI beach home is decorated so beautifully with beach decor and very clean. Home is true to photos.
The common areas in house are spacious for a family and backyard has 3 different seating areas, a small golf green, chairs and umbrellas for sitting by the pool. The pool has a fountain over stones which we enjoyed. The pool is smaller than expected, not for swimming laps but suitable to all to be in together cooling off. The front porch was charming with comfortable lounge furniture.
Beds are comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms upstairs was a plus! The kitchen is open to all other rooms and perfect for cooking together. House is a short 2 block walk to beach and shopping/restaurants.
The host is responsive and friendly which made our rental process easy. We rented bed linens, bath/beach towels, beach cruiser bikes, beach umbrellas and a beach cart from LBI Dreammakers. The company is organized with quality items and all went flawlessly. Linen rental was new for me and I forgot bath mats and kitchen towels which we purchased at a store nearby.
I highly recommend this home for your LBI beach vacation. We have no complaints or had any issues. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa for renting out your home, we have fond memories there we will always cherish.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend to celebrate the bride to be! The owner was the sweetest and even delivered bottles of rose to the house as a little welcome gift! Couldn’t ask for a better house to be the backdrop of this memorable weekend!

We rented the house for a mini-reunion of siblings after a family wedding. The house is perfectly appointed which makes you feel special and at home all at the same time. The location allowed us to leave the car keys on the tray and take advantage of the multiple entertaining spaces both inside and out. The house was bright and immaculate and we can't wait to return. Kudos to our hosts for making the entire process stress free!

We were in town for a wedding. The house was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Did not cook in but kitchen appeared to be stocked with anything you would need. Grandkids loved finding games and were happily occupied. Wonderful stay!

This home is magnificent. Large, open first floor living space with expansive outdoor deck and patio. The bedrooms are spacious with custom bathrooms and comfortable sleeping accommodations. The location is ideal just two blocks from the oceanside beach and restaurants and a market right around the corner. The owners are great. Very responsive and clearly want their guests to have a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious! The house was perfect for hosting a large group, and all furniture and finishes are in great shape. Wonderful location, close to the beach and in close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Host provided helpful and detailed information before we arrived. We hope to visit again!

This wonderful, spacious, and beautifully decorated home, is quintecentially LBI (if you know you know).
Having come to Beach Haven for the past 40 years, Vanessa's house sums up all one needs for a happy, fun, and relaxing vacation. The house is within walking distance; from the grocery store, Fantasy Island, to the shops on the Wharf, all within walking distance. Park your car and walk, unless you intend to visit Andy's in Barnagate. We were able to share a wonderful time with as a multi-generational family. Our kids enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and enjoyed plunging into the pool in the evenings. Get ready for some amazing sunrises and sunsets atop the roof deck. Vanessa was incrediably responsive with whatever was needed, though one doesn't need much when you're staying in a home that has everything! We are looking forward to returning again next year. Thank you Vanessa for such a lovely stay, and sharing your home with our family.

I don't believe if I owned such a gorgeous home I'd be willing to share but thankfully this family is. We had the best multi-family stay at this property. Everyone that walked in was in awe of the gorgeous open concept, high ceilings and well-appointed living space. The backyard pool was also a HUGE hit. 3 short blocks to the beach - really can't be beat. Best vacation rental in our lifetimes thus far. Thank you for allowing us to stay - we'll be back!!

Great Family Stay
Vanessa’s home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. My husband and I brought our 3 young children and the home and location were perfect. Nothing was more than a 10 min walk away, beach, bay, great restaurants, groceries, shopping, coffee and ice cream. Vanessa was a fantastic host and very responsive for any questions. We’ll be back again!

We had an amazing time in Beach Haven for a girls weekend and absolutely LOVED this home! It was perfect for our group of 12 and was absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was top notch and the owner was so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous home, very well taken care of and perfect for a vacation to Beach Haven. Location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants shops and activities and a short walk to the beach, it doesn’t get better than this! It’s beach house perfection!

Let me stay forever!
There aren't enough great things to say about the property and the host. Wow. We stayed for one evening in November to celebrate two family birthdays with a nice dinner. I swear, every inch of the house was perfectly curated. We spent most of the time just walking around oo-ing and ah-ing at the beautiful property. But, the kindness or the host was worth staying again. If you are looking for a property and fabulous experience, this was worth every penny.
