Room was comfortable, though hallways are extremely cold, could turn down the A/C! Staff was A , our son has a nut allergy and the staff working the breakfast buffet were extremely kind and caring in making sure he got food he felt comfortable eating. Thank you for that, it really makes a difference!

My room smelled like a wet dog and housekeeping skipped my room twice during a four-day stay. Don't stay here; there are better places nearby which are likely much less worn and smelly.

Incredibly disappointed with noise level at property…literally past 1 am…had to change rooms as first room tv didn’t work despite me trying to fix myself. Very nice front desk but clearly understaffed. Hair on toilet..eww, hair on English muffin. Ugh. And I feel itchy today. I hope the bed was clean. Cannot believe this is what $325 buys. Didn’t realize Hampton inn went down in quality this much.

Very clean comfortable beds very welcoming and staff are excellent, nice, airways wanted to make sure you had everything you needed. The house keepers are very nice and doing a great job! 1st hotel that actually had good food and plenty of it! Plus coffee, tea, hot cocoa day and night ☺ i didnt even want to leave it was actually very relaxing for once!! Hot tub and pool was great. Only complaint would be my shower pressure wasnt great but other than that i loved it there☺

Excellent hotel. Right off the highway and convenient to getting to surrounding areas, like Providence & Newport, RI. Hotel extremely well kept, very clean and the staff are friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast was filling and included options for gluten free and those who have dietary restrictions. I am glad that I selected this option and would stay here again, if I am in need of lodging.

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds super comfy! I wish I brought my bathing suit for a swim and dip in the hot tub. Overall, a very nice stay and convenient to the highway.

Very welcoming and accommodating front desk staff; when we arrived before check-in time, she noted our names and assigned rooms to us as soon as they were ready rather waiting until we returned. So we were able to check in right after lunch (she had numerous dining recommendations and provided good directions). Luggage carts were readily available to help with our stuff, too.

The place was great, unfortunately we had a couple rooms of teens some kind of basement tournament & we’re early to bed & they were pretty noisy after 10 until about 2 running and letting their doors slam, not sure where the chaperones were but it was a very long night & the next night they were gone but some lady was in the hall very late talking on her cell.
