Our check-in was at 3 but the front desk lady was helpful to allow us early which was a blessing as we had a lot of luggage and the Hotel does not offer storage.
The room did not have Microwave or kettle or refrigerator as shown while booking the room though it had a coffee maker.
The general condition of the property was not great and it was rundown and the rooms are depressing as it has only one window and the room is dark coloured.
The breakfast was good and staff (lady in particular during breakfast) is very cordial.

I reserved this specific hotel because it said they're are pillow top beds. There are NOT!! Room 423 had a regular beef and c we didn't find out until bedtime which by that time it was too late.

The staff was not friendly at all, when asked to send some tooth brush in the room, that said no, i had to go myself. House keeping was also done alternate days. The second day i did not have towels, so i asked when you are sending the housekeeping, they said later in the afternoon, I had to stay without shower until later afternoon. The price wise, they were charging as if it is five star hotel.

One of the two elevators was broken with a Science Competition in town. Made it hard to get to the upper floors. Room was clean but for $438 for one night you expect more.

Had to move to different room because toilet ran all the time. The new room was very noisy and the people above us stomped didn’t sleep much and the front desk lady didn’t seem to care and wasn’t very nice. Won’t be staying there again.

One of the elevators was not working.. ok, things break, but it’d be great if front desk staff tries to help patrons.. show some hospitality instead of instructing customers to refill the coffee creamer by going under the table to open a box to restock. Expected more with the price per night and brand.

The most obnoxious staff I have ever encountered in 40 years of business travel. The hotel lost my reservation and gave away the three rooms I had reserved. That was bad enough, But then the staff treated me like I was the one at fault (even though they eventually admitted they wrongly canceled the reservation ) and made no effort to assist me in any way to find another place to stay. They were sneering and obnoxious and never apologized.

It was a nice stay. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet wasn't working. After the switch, it was fine. We did find an ant near the tv stand. Other than those two, we were comfortable with our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites.

Not sure if this is because this room was allocated through Expedia but the toilet plumbing was bad at room 207. I had to ask for the plunger and use it twice to unclog the toilet myself.
Water doesn't simply go fast enough and hotel shouldn't give it anyone until they fix it.

Hotel is dirty, and old and falling apart. Rooms are freezing cold. Elevators are dirty. Hotel is not worth the cost to stay. The worst hotel I stayed at.
