It's amazing hotel from everything except the mattress is very soft uncomfortable and the room needs detailed maintenance.

Check-in was wonderful, the front desk clerk was very friendly and I received a gift. My room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was superb. Parking was free and the proximity to my room was a short distance which was great. I would stay here again. This was a business trip.

I reserved a standard room. You guys completely over book and moved me into a handicap room because that was all you had available, even though I reserved my room several months ago you didn't hold my reservation. I used the shower and it was horrible, the shower head wasn't working and Couldn't really do anything. Also you had a wedding there this past weekend where you allowed the people in the common area to be screaming and shouting till three in the morning. Even after complaints where made they still where shouting till three in the morning. Over all the stay was bad and I doubt I will be using that place again unless I have no choice.

We had a problem the first night with the heat in the room. It did not work and we had to change room. Second room was not much better, temperature went up only 2 degrees by the morning. The worse part os tht the room was next to the maids station, and starting at 8:00am we were waken up by the slaming of doors and carts banging against the window of our room. We requested to be assigned another room, third change.

The food was good there. Hotel overall was really nice. The only downside was the thermostat didn't work. So it was a little warm when sleeping. They said they're in the process of switching out old thermostats. Customer service was great though.

ventilation was very loud. when I called the front desk they said there was nothing they can do because the hotel was sold out, but they did offer us a 2 queen beds. We paid for a king….. in the end they made use stay in the room and offered us 25$ compensation. I feel they could of giving us 100$ instead of 25$

I came to the Hotel late at night-early morning. I put out the do-not-disturb sign. But I was waken up by cleaning crew literally every hour from 8 in the morning, even though they saw the do-not-disturb sign. I couldn't sleep. This happened to me in the past as well. What a disgrace. They charge the most of any hotel in the area, basically paying 200 bucks to be bombarded with knocks on the door in the morning every hour.

Clean and serviceable rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. While staying the large atrium was being used for a wedding and made for a phenomenal venue.
Unfortunately, the room did need some maintenance. The bathroom had ceiling tiles needing to be replaced. The countertop had a permanent ring, and the bed, although very comfortable to sleep upon, was noisy when you moved.

Some rooms facing the interior main lobby can be noisy at night when they have special events going on. Other than that, the rooms are really comfortable, including the bed and with good amenities. Restaurant food is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff members are really welcoming. Great stay overall.
