I was just sleeping there so it dud the job. The A/C was awesome and took my room from cool and mugy, to sry and cool. Breakfast wasok, although i went out for breakfast. Water pressure could have been better, but here again ot did the job. I usuallly bring all my pwn toiletries so no issues there. All in all good experience!

Pretty sure that there were bed bugs. Bites ALL over my legs. Everything was VERY dates. No real shampoo or conditioner provided, only one tiny packed of "conditioning shampoo"

I reserved a room here , once I arrived they told me they are sold out . Worst experience ever. The customer service for hotels.com said they are sorry . I had to spend the night in my car with my 3 year old son . Won’t ever use this website again .

We had a good experience staying in the hotel. The only bad thing was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It smelled like lysol all over the main area/lobby and it was very very strong and not pleasant. Hopefully in the future you'll find some better and less smelling solutions.

Every time I go to Chicago I stay here if I go by myself or with family that is the place to go! Staff and manager are always professional and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable

Location is convenient, right off of highway. Hotel looked older, but rooms appear to have recently been renovated - vinyl floor, fan in bathroom, microwave and fridge still had plastic film on them. The room was clean and comfy as was the bed, but the entry door is not very soundproof. When housekeeping was vacuuming it sounded like they were in my room and I could easily hear people in the hall or other doors closing. A/C worked well and the fridge had a freezer. Overall not bad for the price especially if you’re not trying to sleep in

We stayed at your facility overnight. The room was clean though sparsely equipped. IE. no shampoo, body wash, just the minimum number of towels etc. In fairness it was sufficient for a one night stay. The host was accommodating, the breakfast was sparse, coffee machine coffee, bread, bagels, yogurt, but no juice ( out of order)

Came to Chicago for Anime Central. My daughter lives nearby. Stayed two nights. Slept very comfortably. Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Quiet.

We stayed here for two nights mid May. Pros: the room was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Good room layouts with separate shower toilet from the vanity. Hot shower with strong water pressure. Reasonable rates. Location is conveniently located near expressway. Quiet surroundings. Clean elevator. Cons: loud a/c. breakfast is very basic (coffee. juices, waffles, cereals, bagels, etc.) which was not a big deal for us but may not work for those who expect a full breakfast selection. The beds are two full size, therefore likely will not fit two average size people comfortably. Overall it was a positive experience staying here, and we definitely consider booking again at this hotel.

The room we stayed in has been updated with new flooring, paint, etc. Nice comfortable bed and very nice to have a table and chairs for dining in the room.
All the halls have new carpet. There is an effort made to keep the hotel clean. However it still is an old hotel, and bathroom fixtures have not been updated, as well as landscaping. We still stay there(6 or 7 times) as it is close to the things we need to do when we spend time in the Chicago suburbs.

Everyone was friendly and greeted me every time I saw them. Some maintence items were being taken care of, which was great to see. Room was clean; some maintenance things could be done and/or done better. Room was spacious and comfortable. Overall I'd stay here again!
