Booked thisbhotel because if the hot tub swimming pool. Hot tub was not working and pool was ice cold. Room was ok.

When we arrived the clerk said they were full and they could not give us the room we reserved—it was take a different type of room or go elsewhere! There was no microwave despite that being part of the room description. The fluorescent lamp over the sink did not work and one tube was leaning against the wall waiting to break. Other than that the room was ok.

The Staff were excellent and very helpful; the main reception and dining room are excellent - as is the breakfast. My problem was the room. The bed and bathroom were bright and clean HOWEVER, the armchair was filthy and stained(!) and the carpet had horrible stains and looked filthy as a result - it made me afraid to put my feet on it without flip-flops or slippers - and I didn't put ANYTHING on the armchair. Why did they leave it like this???

Cigarette and marijuana smoke everywhere. In the morning, asked if I could get a cup of coffee at 9:10. Got attitude and rudeness from employee as breakfast ended at 9am. Coffee was out and visable but staff was so rude that I even asked if I could get a cup.

When we checked in the room had not been cleaned, bed unmade and trash in the room. The receptionist up front immediately gave us another room. When I booked I was lead to believe the hotel was full, it was empty. The jacuzzi was broken, it was one of the reasons we choose Days inn. The hot breakfast was disappointing. The room was comfy, yet cold. The staff were helpful. The faucet dripped and needed to be fixed. I told the front desk and she thanked me for the info and was going to get someone who could fix it.

Everything about the property was excellent, except the floor of the room. Walking in the room the floor was sticky. Wearing shoes or sandals in the room kinda put a damper on the visit.

The beds and such were clean, however the shower/tub wasn't up to par. Also, the a/c leaks and the carpet around was wet. This is an oil field town, so I didn't expect much. Excellent dinning choices in this town, Lucy's Mexicali Restaurant & Dragon Buffet.

Gross, disgusting, filthy and so on. Door had been obviously kicked in and safety latch broken. No worries, somebody glued it back on. Yippee 1 towel for 2 people. Yes, i could have gone down the cigarette littered stairs, across the filthy parking lot to get one. Bathroom filthy and so e kind of DYI tile work. Mold on the tub. Filth on the mirror frame. Lots more problems. Staff sit on stairways smoking. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this dump. Wont use Wyndham in the future and definitely not hotels.com. they dont vet the places well and should not offer dumps.

This property was disgusting. The floor was dirty and there was moldy bread, an old pumpkin pie and 2 yer old cereal bars in the drawers. The rooms was dirty and the staff would not knock or announce themselves before entering the room.

Booked on line. We travel a lot this was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. Coffee grounds on counter, tooth paste spit on mirror edge, hair at base of toilet rusted bolts on toilet top of shower ledge disgusting. Carpet stained. Cigarettes ground on stairs well. Would never recommend. I thought because it was a Wyndham property it would be nice!!!!!! Epic fail

Maybe 10-15 years ago it might have been nice. It’s old and run down. The web site needs to be updated. Checked in and went to the room and was not ready. Maintenance was working in it. Ice machine broken. Toilet broken, I had to fix it with string and paper clip, reported to front desk and one came to fix it.
The water in the swimming pool was not clean.

Room has been updated, bed ok, but nothing has been wiped clean in a very long time. Grime and dirty fingerprints on the appliances, doors, handles, etc. Is pet friendly, not place to walk or potty dog, so there is dog poop everywhere. And NO EV charging station as advertised!

The receptionist with the nose piercing/ring should be more polite to customers, and not treat them with disdain. The jacuzzi was not working. The room was clean and comfortable tho!

Toilet didn’t flush properly and toilet itself was uncomfortable. No coffee in room and when I asked them to bring some to the room no one showed up. No coffee in lobby during regular hours.
