In town to visit family. We brought 2 dogs, as hotel is doggie friendly.

The elevator door: Let’s just say it wasn’t fully working because it would open and close half the way and required brute force to fully open and close it.
The room: We killed a couple of stink bugs and a roach before leaving for our event. Upon on our return, we found more stink bugs in our room. The front desk agent said no more rooms were available because they were fully booked and offered no remedy to the situation. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted because the air conditioner was broken and it couldn’t be turned off, so the room was cold all the time. The next morning, we discovered that the window had been left open and it had a giant tear in the screen.
The breakfast: If bread is your love language, then you’ll enjoy their offerings: toast, bagels, and waffles. In addition, there was yogurt, oranges, oatmeal, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs to get your day off to a terrific carb-loaded start. To wet your whistle, there was coffee and hot tea available. The coffee urns and station were dirty and after fixing some coffee, I overheard another guest complain that the tea water was discolored. Needless to say, I didn’t drink the coffee.

It was awful, we left after 30 minutes. The room was disgusting and had roaches crawling around. I have tried to chat with Hotels.com about this but it keeps dropping.
This needs to be refunded, the hotel already cancelled the payment but not sure that has cancelled it though Hotels.co

Cockroackes in my room on the 3rd floor! This means they are throughout the entire motel!
Elevator door opens only halfway.
Breakfast is not sufficient for number of guests. They could not keep up with eggs, sausage, etc. When they would replace one the other would be gone. You had to wait on everything.
I had to tell the kitchen staff, what appeared to be hours after they left a box of food on the hallway floor that was supposed to be stored at 0° in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. It was 9am and they bring that stuff in at 6am.
No sugar substitute for coffee.
A total disaster and I will be requesting a partial refund.

I realize that pets are allowed. But to see Pit-bull running around the lobby yesterday evening due to the owner putting him out. I felt bad for the dog and it is a safety concern

Area was definitely a mess. We received a call in the way there that they didn’t have any rooms Initially and stated the rooms were full and others were being maintenance. To my surprise it was a lot of hiccups at first. But we were able to get a room that was required for our needs. I had paid for early check in and by mistake to many days for one dog. I had to get that situated as well. But I notice in the room a cockroach and the room was not as clean as I had liked it to be. However we needed a place to stay. We also were told we needed to pay a $100 deposit even though we paid for the rooms. It was supposed to be refunded as well as all the errors made. But I will say the staff were nice. They tried to fix the situation. There were a lot of stores around which was very good. But it seems they were in a bad area. So much trash around litter. Also my dog got flees from walking around the premises. When I got back home I had to wash him 5x for him to feel better. The building said no smoking and people were smoking cigarettes and weed. They had no food or drinks except water in there lobby refrigerator. The bottles of water were $2 each as I had to buy 4. We prefer not to go here again unless we a in a very desperate need. I didn’t even eat their breakfast because of knowing there were a roach in our room. I was concerned that its possibly every where. Also people obviously don’t pick up after their dogs. Poo were every where in the grass.

My stay was not good. Bed was uncomfortable the linen was not comfortable. Do they even replace linen when I noticed that it was worn with a cigarette burn in it. No iron even if needed . This was a total waste from the beginning with a 30 minute delay due to the staff not being able to activate my keycard after 2 attempts going back to the front desk. I did request a discount

Parking area needs more light at night. Strong smell of weed as soon as you go in the lift. Lift actually need replacing, door close very very slow. Hot breakfast is good. Staff was very helpful. Price should be lower than the condition of the hotel. Close to stores and shops.

The room looked fine and clean, it smelled of cleaning fluids. The bathroom fan did not work, the AC fan rattled, the elevator door did not open fully. They are trying but clearly the place needs some repairs.

Front desk mngr has nasty attitude. Her name is Monica or Monique. I found out she was acting mngr. Maybe on some kind of power trip. Disrespect for no reason. We will never stay there again. However, I did have encounters with the front desk personnel and they were very pleasant and respectful. So if you go to front desk after 3, when “mngr” is gone, you will have a very pleasant encounter.

I come to this area regularly, but will never stay at this property again. There were multiple issues with my room. The sink didn't drain properly, the floor of the shower was slippery and dangerous, the toiletries hadn't been refilled, the LOCK on the door didn't work, and a loud party was happening in the room above me until 2 am. I couldn't reach reception via the phone for help. All of the rooms were sold out, so I couldn't change rooms.
The hotel staff must have known that my room was sub-par before renting it to me. It is ridiculous that a room without a LOCK was rented at full-price to anyone. I had to use the swing bar door guard to feel safe at all in the room overnight.

The good: Front desk staff were wonderful! Breakfast in the morning was great! Hotel felt safe.
The bad: Room smelled a little weird, like they were desperately trying to cover up cigarette smoke.
The elevator was sketchy. Going up to my room was fine. Going back down I had to press the button three times for it to actually show up and when it did, the door only opened halfway. I noped out and took the stairs.

Hotel room was dirty upon check-in with trash still in waste-baskets. There were no towels in the room and when I asked front desk for some I was told I had to wait until house-keeping came the following morning.

Check in was easy and taken care of quickly. The property needed repairs for example the deadbolt on our room did not work at all. The elevator was slow in opening and closing the door. Our room(413) had no remote and there was only one Customer Service Rep at the front desk and she had quite a busy night but she took care of us as quickly as she could. Her name is Diana and she is definitely an asset to your company! Despite the fact that we slept with our door unlocked and guarded by our suitcase we slept great!

It was serviceable for a one night need. But I’d never go back. Super strong cleaning product smell. Which barely masked the underlying smells of smoke and who knows what else. It certainly was an assault on the senses.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows so flat they are almost just a pillowcase. And the hotel doesn’t have extra pillows.
Lots of “interesting” guests. Most milling around outside. Cars pulling in, sitting for a while and leaving from the dark areas of the parking lot.
The exit doors are constantly propped open by rocks. I removed rocks at least 4 times. Doesn’t feel very safe.
I guess you get what you pay for. But this was worse than most budget options.

My stay at the LaQuinta was not good this time. Front desk staff rude and non-existent. I did not check in until 3:15 due to the ignorance of the lady staff that told me when I arrived to give her approximately 5 minutes. Okay fine! But 20 minutes later you still aren’t acknowledging me. She proceeded to tell me about all her job responsibilities. I did not ask any or needed any of her personal details. I am tired and only needed to get assistance with my room

Property have bedbugs and cockroach. We booked 1 night and we couldnt stay because of the bedbugs. We left the hotel/ checkout at 2 am not knowing where to stay. Horrible experience. Stay away from this hotel.

Initially we were given keys to a room that was already occupied by other guests. Our rooms werent cleaned nor were they stocked with clean linen.
Chose to check out the same day of check in. Did not stay due to unprofessional staff person, dirty room and bad odor. The lack of professionalism did not help the unpleasant experience with the hotel.

The security lock on the side door was broken, so anyone could wander in. The other guests were loud in the hallways. Housekeeping was sketchy.

Hotel staff was very nice. Room was cozy but the bed sheets did not look clean do I requested a clean set of bed sheets. No remote was in the room so I had to request a remote for the room as well. The phone didn't work in the room so I had to leave my room twice to inform the staff of the items I needed.(Remote and bedsheets)

When I first got there I was coming in from a long drive and I was told that they did not have the king bed that I paid for. Then I was then put in a conjoined room. The room smelled bad and it had scratch marks on the walls. Stains were everywhere. Do not room here you will prob barely sleep. Go somewhere else.

Terrible experience in elevator. They’re required to fix or do maintenance of the elevator. Anytime you travel in elevator, you will fell any moment you’re going to locked in

The door to our room stuck so badly that you really had to slam on it to get it open. There was a light bulb missing from the lamp next to the bed. There was no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser. Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until I was in the shower. All in all, though, a decent room for the price.
