Pleasant, professional staff at reception. Hotel was conveniently located to the hospital. Room was clean but decor was somewhat 'tired'. Appreciated that breakfast was included but offerings were only okay. Lots of free parking.

Awful parking lot, potholes and bumps everywhere. Got my car dinged and mirror scratched the first night , not the hotels fault obviously but the people staying there clearly don’t care. Guests and workers smoking right at the hotel doors, gross. No elevator fyi.

Room a bit on the old tired side. Decor refresh needed, get rid of the carpet, more assessable plug in for modern day electronics, musty smelling ? AC filter needing changed. Staff helpful and accommodating. Toiletries provided and very small… need to ask for more, some are available the check in desk, they will not bring them to your room.

I was able to book a dog-friendly room last minute when my current accomodations didn't work out. The staff were all very helpful, professional, and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will book here first whenever I visit Cornwall again!

They put us in a room at the very far end of the second floor without mentioning there is no elevator.
The hotel reeked of chlorine and pot. The shower was difficult to operate and there is no safe in the room. Ice available only on main floor.

We found this Ramada to be very inviting. Our room was spacious and looked over a grassy area in the middle of two wings of the building. I think all of the rooms were on the main floor. We stayed in a King deluxe room which had a sofa, desk area and microwave and fridge. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was quiet. The hot breakfast was adequate. There was a Keurig pod machine in the room but a large pot in the lobby that was good coffee,. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had literally no complaints about this place.

Service was great. Very friendly and informative. I booked this hotel because I read that there was a hot tub, restaurant and bar. They no longer had any of these. Our room felt a little damp but not sure if it was because we were on the ground floor or if it was because of the a/c unit. The room was a good size and clean, the pool great and again the staff were great so our stay was pretty good. Would have been better if they had the things they advertised.

This was the second time we stayed. The only issue i have is there is no elevator. Book on the first floor if lugging a lot of luggage. If young will not likely matter.
