Hotel is pretty average. It’s in a good location and the staff were friendly and nice. The room is outdated and facilities not great.

We had a 3 night stay at eh hotel and booked online many months ago. It is portrayed as a boutique hotel and we were expecting good things. Oh were we disappointed. We checked in mid morning and were thankful that we were told our room was ready, it all went downhill from there. The lift was traditional and very efficient. We were shown to room 215 on the 1st floor via the corridor along a dirty stained and threadbare carpet. Upon entering the room it was old fashioned, cheap and old fittings, dark and uninviting. The bathroom was not luxurious and there was a persistent issue with a screeching noise intermittently coming from the toilet cistern. this was reported but never fixed despite an engineer attempting to do so. The room appeared to be above and adjacent restaurant which constantly up until midnight had the door opening and shutting with a bang that was a disturbance. The windows had roller blinds that had to be kept almost permanently closed to prevent people on the opposite side of the road being able to look in. The bed was clean and comfortable. We only received bottled water on the first night despite paying a facility fee for each night as this was hotel policy. The wi-fi was fine but the A.C. was so noisy we could not have it on at night. We should have asked to change rooms and felt we were placed in the worst room in the hotel as Brits. The staff were not over friendly to top off and awful experience.

This was a weekend trip with friends. Location was great and room very spacious with 2 beds and walk in closet. It is outdated but ok. Not as clean and no refrigerator or microwave. No water offered. Hotel is very expensive but we selected based on location. The service was ok but limited to just hi and paying. No explanation of what amenities were available. Overall would recommend staying in NJ and taking the subway.

After an initial issue with a room we weren’t too happy with, the staff were very understanding and helpful and immediately moved us into a room much more to our liking with no fuss. Once settled we had a lovely time staying at the Lombardy Hotel. Great location also, close to everything we needed including subways.

The thing was great once I was moved into the proper room. It was nice. I will certainly return

A clean hotel in a location with good access near Fifth Avenue and Central Park

Only concern was the noise when next room guest were going in and out. Our doors were right next to each other, so very loud and could hear people talking in the room as well. Loved the size of the room. Doorman Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to. Definitely would stay there again.

Although a little dated it was a nice quaint hotel.

Nice enough hotel, relatively close to Central Park, Rockefeller, Times Square. Alas, constructions going on around hotel (on both sides, IIRC), so it feels a bit "back alley" when approaching hotel.

We chose the property based on the location, which worked out great. We managed to get an early checkin which was much needed after our long journey. Room was clean and comfortable and spacious compared to a reg. hotel room. The pantry was also important for us, so that worked out well. Would def. come back next time. Thanks

The people were great and very helpful. The suite was perfect had almost everything. Unfortunately the restaurant was under construction, so we had to seek meals elsewhere. The MOVIE BEAM was mostly News & Sports. Movies very limited. Unfortunately we had a very hard bed in our Suite, which led to backaches.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for visiting NY attractions. One minus point is that it has no hotel bar!

We have stayed at the Lombardy before and returned again because we so enjoyed the hotel. The location is most convenient to everything and the suites we have enjoyed, particularly with such appliance equipped kitchenettes and adjoining main room, are unusually large and tastefully furnished. This time we found the suite even more enjoyable as better laid out and furnished. While we missed an in-house restaurant for the sake of convenience, the conscientious service staff more than made up for this inconvenience.

Amazing charming hotel, convenient to all, quiet , great kitchen, large refrigerator, huge room , nice long hallway .... my only complainta are the bathroom not having fan ventilation, the front desk staff are too serious and rarely smiling

There was definitely mold in the unit and I was in convalence not able to leave and inhaling that terrible stench from the bathrooms and AC units. Awful. You have the best staff but the property is outdated and awful and I spent alot of money and will never ever stay there again. Awful

The property was in a great location, with walkability everywhere 👍

Staff was great, some problems with AC, 3 or 4 times to resolve. Not a big inconvenience. Not in room very often anyway.

Perfect walking distanceinto hustle and bustle. Perfect room for what we needed.
