Stayed just for the evening and was totally surprised and satisfied

Pillows were way too soft for us. Unfortunately, did not find out until check out that they would have corrected this issue.
Toilet seat was uncomfortable. Very neat that it was heated but water spray could not be turned off, the buttons on the remote were not working very well. Also, the angle of the seat and sharp edges of the back cover reduced overall comfort.
Went to on site bar/restaurant for food but little to no real choice for vegetarians and very pricey for what you get.

Fantastic hotel! Extremely friendly and accomdating staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Did I mention the Toto toilet!? Heated seat with a bidet!! Wow! Will definitely stay here again!

The room was super clean and service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised since the price was lower than other hotels in the area. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Transportation to the airport and New York was a 10 minute walk away.

The lobby was clean and effiecent, so I was surprised when I saw the condition of the bedroom.
The bathtub was dirty and mold around handrails.
I was unable to take a shower because of the grime.
The dresser was not clean
When I leave I always check under the bed to make sure I didn’t drop anything and there was clothing under the bed and a Plan B package.
I did inform the front desk when I checked out and she apologized.

I adore this hotel and the front desk staff. They are always so warm when I check in. Although this weekend, I’m not sure who goes around, knocking on the doors when it comes to a new reservation and swapping out the keys but she could have been friendlier about it.

Hotel room had an old smell. Chair in the room looked like it was from 1970’s. Good enough to stay in before heading into NYC. Nothing great or horrible.

It was just a one night stay but everything was seamless. We even had a little tense moment but the hotel staff responded quickly and helped me avoid a major issue.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much for the cost but was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located right off the highway. Besides the room being great, the pool was clean and warm, they served Starbucks in the lobby and even had a nice gym that I used I. The morning before leaving. I was just looking for a clean place to sleep for one night but this was a win all around. And if you’ve never experienced a heated toilet seat (like me) it’ll change your life! Great hotel at a great price!

Broken shower, a little outdated bathrooms. I’ve stayed here several times and it seems maintenance not kept up on. No towels left in room, looks like bed was just remade from last guests, and not actual fresh linens.

Not sure why it got so many negative review. I visited NJ on 08/08/24 and stayed in this hotel and I could not be happier. It was 4 minutes away from the location I wanted to visit. My wife was shopping and I had to take care of the kids. With this hotel being so near, I just brought my kids to the hotel when they were tired and let them relax in the bed watching TV. I see one problem but it is very minor one - you don't get Microwave in the room, but you can find one in the main hall at first floor. As long as I had one, I was fine. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Iselin or Edison.
