Experience was wonderful. There was only one issue, the Wi-Fi is terrible.

Complete jerks. Wish I would’ve slept in my car! Spent 1 night, charged for 2. Now I have other charges showing up on my debit card!

While the beds, counters, tables and bathroom were clean, the carpets needed some serious deep cleaning. My room is on the first floor and when you check the bed, you will see that it’s being treated for bedbugs. The ice machine on the first floor is broken. The breakfast is good. The staff is super friendly. But the whole bedbug thing has me Doubting that we will stay again

Overall, I expected more. When I first checked in, the Pine Sol smell was overwhelming...the gentleman that checked me in seemed put out by me being there. I brought my grandkids back with me the next day and one of the first things they said was that it smelled like smoke despite the rooms all having no smoking placards on them. I had noticed this but didn't think much of it. The carpet in the halls and lobby is very, very grungy, it should be steam cleaned or replaced. I have stayed in many hotels and motels and this was not what I expected. The elliptical in the "gym" sounded like it was about to break. You should consider some weights in addition to the equipment. I also had a problem with one of the treadmills and it would not start. The room however was clean and I do appreciate that and the housekeepers that made sure to clean the room well.

Smelled like stale cigarettes, and marijuana. One bed had yellow stains on it upon arrival.

Staff accommodated rstly arrival. Room was clean but they only gave us 2 towels and 1 hand towel..

The hotel itself was outdated and minimally clean in the rooms. The common spaces were in better shape. My main problem was with checking in. I booked my stay through Hotels.com then the property billed me again for the same stay. They still haven’t refunded my money and it’s now 8 days and counting….

There were some stains on the carpet in the room and on the hallway the cleaning could've been a little better, found a random piece of candy under the AC unit, stains on the chair in the lobby, the pool needs a lil more attention. But it had a decent breakfast. I'd stay there again...

The staff were so nice. Mel and Chris are the best, they treated with so much kindness and care. I would stay again as long as they are working there. I felt like a V.I.P. under there watch. Thank both of you for making my stay great.

From the moment I drove upon the premises, I was greeted with trash littering the parking lot, shady characters loitering about giving me weird looks and the aroma of weed being smoked in vehicles. I entered the building which was nice, at first glance, but soon was mistaken for some areas of repair. The smell of pine soil was strong. The desk attendant, was very hard to understand and it was a little frustrating. I had a room on the 3rd floor and as expected, the smell of pot was strong!! The room was clean, but definitely could use a deep cleaning, as there were stains on the couch, that looked like something bad happened. The smell of the room was bad, like burnt ass. I was only going to be in town for a day and decided to make the best of it, I went to Walmart and bought some air fresheners and some bug spray for the cockroach that lived in the cabinet above the sink. The air conditioning wasn’t that cold, and I woke up sweating. Overall it was just ok, wouldn’t stay here ever again.

They refused to change the dates of the stay to when I actually needed the room, and refused to refund my money. Very scammy!

The gentleman at the desk was nice and helpful and got our room changed quickly when the room we were given wasn’t cleaned from the prior guests. However, the ac was leaking and the floor was soaked, vents in the bathroom were hanging from the ceiling, there were dead bugs on the floor, stains on the ceiling, and the elevators and hallways absolutely reeked of weed. This used to be one of my top hotels to stay at bc we do a lot of travel ball, but unfortunately I won’t be back. Even the workers were out front smoking pot by the entrance. I realize the hotel can’t do anything about guests and their smoking, but my kids now refer to the hotel as the “drug hotel” and we will never stay there again. Really disappointed bc I did like this hotel and the price.

I love staying at this hotel; I was on a non-smoking floor and people were smoking- that's the first time I was at a hotel that people did not follow the rules (I don't smoke because it affects sinus'). It is not for me to complain but the staff should have been able to smell it. On a positive side, the breakfast is 'OUTSTANDING' and the morning staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Things were ok here, nothing fancy, but clean and in decent condition. The man taking care of breakfast was very diligent and continually looking for anything that needed to be addressed. Grateful for him. Two issues. 1. The pool had so very much chlorine and chunks of it was on the pool decking 2. It would be wonderful if there was a bench outside for guests to use. We were there 2 days and there was nowhere outside to sit and enjoy. Front desk personnel were efficient, housekeeping did a good job and appeared to be upbeat and enjoying their jobs. Friendly and kind to guests while maintaining professionalism.

Room was dirty full of roaches and stuff left behind from other guest! Worst hotel ever

Everything about it was horrible. That place is a dump. There were clothes still in the room from the previous tenants. It smelled like an old cheap motel. The carpet was sticky and yuck feeling. There was visible roach powder on the baseboards. I will never go there again. It’s gross.

There were roaches in the bathroom area, seating area and window area. No pics needed. Talked to others staying and working and they all knew or had same issues. It was a nice property until they started letting animals stay. Now it's just a smokers hotel

asked for extra pillows twice and never recieved, dead ant in bathroom from arrival day till we left never cleaned. A/C kept the carpet in the room wet and stained .

Cleaning staff was amazing . So was the cook/ kitchen person.

Chris, who checked us in, went above and beyond our expectations in order to accommodate our preferences.

Front desk, apparantly wasn't able to communicate. Maybe three words, acted like we not only bothered him, but how could we dare. Room, smelled awful. TV did not work, hair dryer did not work Pool water was dirty, and bottom of pool had gritty yucky chips of yuck. Lobby and hall carpet - is filthy. The tub, was slippery - with not mat or strips .. dangerous. Breakfast - awful! gross. I have stayed at hotels, much cheaper.. and never so awful..ever

The room smelt, and the carpet was filthy. There were stains on the couch. The environment was unsafe.

The Hotel smelled of cleanliness and friendly staff!! Super private. I had a suite and it was just BIG enough to feel at home! Excellent Housekeeping!!

Very good breakfast. A lot of variety and choices. Food was fresh and delicious.

I want a refund I woke up to ants everywhere and not to mention the first room they gave me wasn't clean

Coffee pot in the room did not work. Cold water in bar sink did not work. One table lamp did not work. Carpet was filthy and sticky. No extra pillows or bedding for sofa bed. Minimal towels and wash cloths. No emergency evacuation plan on the door. No information in the room regarding the hotel, TV or area.

I paid $50 for early check-in at 11:00am. I arrived at 11:00 and they said no rooms were ready and to come back later. I told them I wanted that credited back or change it to $25 for early check-in at 1:00. I came back at even 2:00pm and they still charged me $50. They still haven't credited me back my $50. Burdensome to carry bags and items in, at 11:00am only to haul them back to the car.

Literally walked out after walking into the room, could not believe this was considered 3 Star, ended up staying in a completely different hotel and having to pay for this one too.
