I wanted to visit Chicago, Illinois with my family and booked a reservation at this hotel that was not too far from that city. It was an excellent experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, free breakfast, free parking and beautiful location. I will save thks hotel as favorite and will definitely use them again every time I visit Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was dated, and extremely cramped. I asked for a room less cramped and they said, “all the rooms are the same.”
There was no electrical outlet on my side of the bed. They used motion sensor in the bathroom and entry to turn the light on. No way to override it. Get ready for a bright light in the middle of the night when you go to the bathroom. They only clean the room every 3 days, but you probably have to request it.

His staff was wonderful and helpful. The automatic lights in the bathroom and in the bedroom were terrible turning on and off at all hours call me even when we were in the shower it would turn off. Because of this, we will not come back to this hotel, as it was very annoying. Other areas were fine, except it was a little on the small side.

We arrived very late with our toddler and Patrick at the front desk was so kind to us! The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the food at breakfast. We would stay again.

I stay 4-5 times a year and always get a handicap accessible room with grab bars for safety as I have painful knees. This last stay, I was assigned room 114 which was clean and comfortable except for the “kiddie” toilet which was so low to the ground that it was extremely difficult to get up from even with the grab bar. Either put in a standard height (or tall) toilet, or put in a grab bar on the other side of the toilet as the sink is too far away to grab hold of. It caused me extreme pain each time I used it.

We stayed here last year and it was great. This year we were given an ada room that was horrible. Room was not very clean, fridge didn’t work, bed was small and uncomfortable and bathroom shower was a hand held wand. Worst issue was no hot water anywhere, barely luke warm. Of course no one was at counter during check out to complain to. After this stay i would never recommend, find somewhere else!

This SureStay Plus is a solid, economical choice. It was not unpleasant, the staff was friendly and accommodating; the breakfast was good and provided all it needed to. The room was in need of refurbishment with old (ill suited) furniture; and not enough clothing storage; the amour was small; the beds are of the kind that are 2-1/2 feet off the ground and a bit "tall" for shorter/older folks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. My toilet and sink barely drained. This hotel needs an update on the room furniture and plumbing. All the furniture is well worn.

There was no meat with the breakfast. The air conditioner in my room wasn't working well. There was a horrible smell by the ice machine on the second floor. The TV in the room was very small.
