I had a great one night stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful (my French is not fluent and they were very patient and helpful to communicate easily for check in). The location is very convenient if you’re arriving by train (can’t miss it coming out of the station). Very clean and room was well equipped and updated. A nice surprise that I wasn’t expecting was an electric kettle in the room. As an avid coffee drinker, being able to make instant coffee on my own was so nice. Overall an extremely pleasant stay that I would recommend highly! Only tiny drawback was the very small elevator - to be fair it was exactly as I expected for this type of building. But I preferred the stairs anyway as they were charming, blue carpeted circular stairs.

The staff at this hotel are EXCELLENT! Everyone there is an absolute gem, very nice, very helpful very personable. Unfortunately that is really the only nice thing I can say about this place. The rooms are PAINFULLY small, the toilet is in what was clearly once a closet. I am small so it was fine for me, but anyone over 5’5 is going to have a problem sitting down in that tiny restroom (which btw is not attatched to the rest of the bathroom, you must walk through the room to get to the sink) staff GREAT, rooms SUCK!

Interior could use some updating. There was stained carpeting in the room, and lighting wasn't great unless the sun was shining. We liked being able to open windows in the room, especially since there was very little we could do to control the temperature in the room. It was cool outside, but the room heated up too much for our liking. It's in a super convenient place if you're taking the train from Paris... just steps away from the station and walking distance to the historic area.

Awesome breakfasts, with restaurant over looking a busy square and great selection of fresh food. Very quiet despite being super convenient to the train station and central town. Lovely staff. Perfect stay.

Nice location, great staff, clean facility, nice upgrade…

The staff was great and helpful, unfortunately, it is in front of a Metro Station and there are a lot of people around (good and not so good). We did not feel safe walking at night and good restaurants were around 15 to 20 minutes away. For tourists like us, it was difficult to find the right Parking Garage (Parking 2), but also was kind of far from the hotel to carry the luggage. There is no parking in front of the hotel to drop the bags (because it is a bus-only street). Overall, good hotel and staff, but not convenient if you are driving.

Charming hotel in a great part of Rouen. The women at the check-in desk were exceptionally friendly and were very accommodating in speaking English. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Fantastic location across from train station. Building has lots of character. Room clean, well-appointed, and comfortable (particularly the mattress). I will be staying here again when I return to Rouen!

Everything about this property is charming. The service is excellent, the hotel is clean and safe, and the restaurant is delicious and a favorite among locals. I cannot recommend it enough and I’ll be back for sure. That said, I will never use hotels.com again to book a property now that they’ve moved over to OneKey, and while I will certainly return to this hotel, it won’t be via this app.

The rooms are spacious, modern, have everything you need! The hotel is in front of the train station, super easy to get to all the great spots of Rouen. I have to highlight the INCREDIBLE staff: super friendly and gentle for any request we had. Totally recommend this hotel!!!

This hotel has to be one of the best I’ve stayed in ever. The staff were genuinely courteous. Engaging with my family and helpful with directions into town. The lady on reception when we check in on the 13th august (pm) was delightful. I can’t thank them enough for being fantastic.

Excellent stopover in Rouen. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. The two interconnected rooms with private and secure entrance area worked really well. Rooms were really comfortable and well appointed, really nice bathrooms. Staff were without exception professional and friendly offering a really warm welcome. Breakfast was great. Parking in the station was really easy, €10 card validated at reception. We would definitely return.

The hotel is in an older building so, as such, has a unique feel to it. The rooms are decorated beautifully with interesting touches throughout. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Sadly, despite having a whirlpool bath in the room, the plug was broken so it couldn’t be used. Aside from that, a great stay.

Location is perfect in walkable city center, but very small room, no space for luggage, too small cupboard for clothes (above "bar"!) A small fridge instead of the "bar" would better serve guests needs!

The hotel is right next to the train station, a five minute walk to the Don Jon, 10 minutes to the Cathedral and incredible dining. Laundromat is also nearby. The hotel has a charming 19th century vibe with a fully stocked bar, restaurant, and vintage elevator. The staff was helpful—we mainly communicated in French because at least one did not have great command of English. But the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only small downside is that the street next to the hotel can be very busy at certain times of the day.

It is next to the Metro and train station. Rouen city center is a few minutes away on foot. Quiet, clean and safe.

Hotel on the face of it is really nice but again, they let themselves down by not providing enough drawers or shelves to put clothes out. The space to put a suitcase on is too small to take a large backpack and forms part of a stand that includes a hanging rail with clothes hangers, a false drawer that in fact has the safe in it, a large drawer which turns out to be the minibar and a smaller drawer under the shelf for luggage which would be useful to put underwear in if it wasn’t stopped from being opened by the bedside cabinet beside it. Bathroom on the other hand is quite spacious with room to put out things.
