Too much noise in the hallway late in the evening

Great place to stay

Credit goes to the breakfast staff. That was excellent. The front desk staff was also pleasant. However, the room cleaning schedule was utterly unacceptable. We had a two night stay. We left in the morning and returned that evening to our room and NOTHING in the room had been touched. The garbage not removed, beds not made, and no clean towels!!! On checking with the front desk there was only housekeeping services on Mondays and Thursdays and if we wanted housekeeping service we had to ask for it. Our mistake to think that was a routine expectation !! Our stay was Friday and Saturday so no housekeeping. The front desk staff did give us clean towels which we were thankful for. Before leaving we asked to speak to the manager but was told she wouldn’t be in till Monday. At the very least, I feel we should have been told that we would not be getting housekeeping services at the time we checked in. I hope Comfort Inn will change this policy for future clients as we were not pleased. Maxine CEMULINI

The property could use a bit of updating but otherwise it was okay. The rate was a bit high for what was there. Good breakfast though

I was told I would need a 100$ deposit through expedia which is standard, but come to a surprise upon arrival that the concierge at the desk had decided to “wave” my 100$ deposit for the room because I was a construction worker in town, but instead ordered me to pay upfront or pre authorize the payment ahead of time which I was not comfortable with as I wanted to use debit and not Mastercard for the payment at check out. I thought we had come to an agreement on the deposit, but she went ahead and pre authorized it anyway. I would advise you to double check what is being done behind the computer. However, Aside from this all of the other staff were friendly, and the facilities were as advertised

Parking was lit up

The room we were in is directly above the back entrance and we heard all guests using that door. The door slammed shut every time. I have stayed here several times and did not have this issue. Now I know to request a room away from that entrance.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Excellent and friendly staff. Our only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the room. It was only moderate, presumably because there had been previous odour mitigation to the room.

Tough on older people with no elevator having to haul things up the stairs. Doors banging closed most of the night but nothing the hotel can do about that. Very friendly and helpful staff

Its always good place for short trip. Handy and quiet location. Breakfast room lady always makes my day. She is awsome.

Shower and bathroom sink didn’t work properly. Hotel needs an update badly.

I stay there evertime I go to Prince Albert, this last stay my first night, i wasnt impressed! The 2nd night was better. The 2 male reception on the May 14 daytime wernt very accomodating when I shared my view of May 13th room i stayed in 115. They didnt tell manager how bad room was either! The May 14th day was a nice room, that took from 1 to 3:45 pm to get settled. A long time. Exhausting again the 2 male reception wouldnt let me take a room i booked. Their system said different then my emailed confirmation had to wait 2.5 hrs. Yip. That was not impressive! Finally 2nd night stay room was nice. The ordeal was not!
