The reviews were at excellent levels for this hotel and in reality it was only mediocre. I stayed ine night with my daughters the staff eas kind but the room was outdated and what really upset me was there was not one drop of shampoo conditioner or body wash in the containers in the shower so my kids took showers with just water. Ive never had that happen at a hotel. The area isnt the nicest but it was ok.. Everything was just ok... I would rate this hotel a 6 not a 10.

Samantha at the front desk was so very helpful!!! Night staff was amazing as well! Rooms were really great (we stayed in three different rooms over a two week period), and the housekeeping staff were very thorough, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and had ample guest supplies to make our stay more comfortable. I should have given a 5 star but Samantha at the front desk was not very helpful. She refuses to check us in early when we were told be can be checked in at 2pm but she instead made up an excuse that the Best Western system was down. After a few minutes we tried and Belinda was more than helpful and very courteous to check us in.

I was placed right outside the elevator and ice machine, at first i didn’t think anything of it but when it’s midnight and all you hear is that ice machine you then realize it’s going to be a miserable night. Now I understand you can’t control your guest but you can control the sound by at least installing better doors that will drown out that sound. But hearing that machine at midnight and then resuming the sound around 6am is not ideal; suffice to say it was not a restful stay.

I never thought I would give a Best Western 5 stars. I’ve stayed in Best Westerns before but this one was the best. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean especially the room. It was nice and quiet and safe and parking especially was secure. The breakfast was very nice as well. Shout out to the guy that worked the front desk on the night of July 5th, the lady that did the breakfast on the morning of July 6th and the hotel manager. They were very nice and very helpful. Thank you

Aside from the hard beds, apparently only the queen beds are hard, the automated phone calls at 6:30am reminding us of breakfast and time available. Inappropriate when not asked for, ruined what little sleep we had on hard beds. Staff were great.
