Excellent staff, large quiet room with a comfortable bed and a very good breakfast.

My favourite spot to stay when I’m attending competitions in Welland. The staff are great, rooms are clean and well appointed and there is a hearty breakfast served.

We were really disappointed with our experience. The staff was unhelpful, the bathroom was not clean, and despite their claims of daily morning cleanings, it was still in poor condition. Additionally, the prices were higher than comparable hotels in Niagara Falls. Overall, it was not worth the cost.

Breakfast buffet had a very good variety of protein and carbs. Very comfy bed and pillows.

The only thing we didn't like was a strange smell in the environment. Might be old carpets in the hallways.

The staff were very friendly.

From the lovely check-in experience, charing our EV car, and making waffles in the morning, we had a great 2 night stay at this location. The walls are a bit thin, so top floor rooms are a treat, and if you are lucky you might even get to see some fireworks out the windows. Thank you for a great little stay.

The suites are large and have everything you need. Standard breakfast room which can be very busy at times.

The stay was easy and fair. What we dont like is when you sleep certain room has noisy upstairs where when people above you walk you can hear every step, let the staff know and they basicly said its an old building, second staff basicly just shrug it off when told them again. We stay 3 nights 2nd night cant barely sleep because of the noises. You can hear crack of every step people above. Will not be back.

The first room given to us has a very strong smell. The stove could not be properly turned off. The new staff was inexperienced and called to ask for our billing address again when this was given to her at the beginning of the check in. They asked $10 tax for pots & cookware set. We were later moved to a new room due to safety issue with the stove. Overall, I would say it was not as good as my previous stays with other properties.

Rooms on first floor require better air conditioners. Had to change rooms after one night due to smell and ineffective air conditioning. Room 101 was awful, room 215 was far superior.

Good place

Our suite was exceptionally spacious, even more than we expected. The drive from our hotel into Niagara Falls ended up being quick and simple. Far enough away and yet still close to the activities that we wanted. We will be back again.

Great stay!

We were greeted on arrival in a most friendly manner, the room was excellent and the breakfast was generous and well managed.

Quiet place close to the trail next to the canal. A home away from home

Spacious hotel

We don't usually book Best Western but we booked this as it seemed an ideal quiet location to view the solar eclipse. As soon as we arrived we was impressed with the ample parking and the politeness of the staff when we booked in. When we opened the door to our room again the room was above our expectations, nice and large living room and kitchen area with a comfortable sofa. The bedroom had a decent bed and was comfortable but a little on the small size compared to our previous hotel. The hotel was very clean, everything looked tidy with no problems. As with all hotels the soundproofing wasn't great and we could hear upstairs having a bit of hows your father, which I guess, shows it was a fun hotel to be at!! we didn't try breakfast because we couldn't be bothered to get up early enough for it but has a look down there after 11 and it was all cleaned up already and you could see a DIY waffle maker. Happy with our stay, Thanks

Like it all, except of heating, it was quite chilly in the bedroom.
