Room was very nice. Service at the lounge and breakfast bar was excellent. Check-in was a little rough. No direction to room or elevator.

Sheets could have been softer. I guess next time I will have to request a handicap toilet is low. Had back surgery last year didn’t realize it would be a problem.

When you book with Embassy Suites, you know what to expect. Love being able to be in the living room while the kids are in the bedroom. Breakfast at the facility is a nice touch and less to plan for the vacay. This particular hotel was older than my hometown ones so we had higher expectations but still a good stay. Didn’t have to worry about cleanliness either which is highly important!

Everything was wonderful but the check in. The man checking me in was kind of rude and very short with me and acted like i was bothering him. He did not do a very good job of representing your facility.

Very average stay. Not on par with other Embassy Suites. Accommodations are dated. Elevators are very slow and you will be waiting during busy times. Be aware- even though no scarcity for parking, they charge nightly for parking, while other hotels in the area are free parking.

The room smelled really musty, like old cigarettes/smoking. The pool area flooded into lobby/elevator area so was not useable. Overall it was fine, the location was good for us and the price was good.

Beautiful, classy hotel with great hot breakfast prepared to order. We enjoyed the pool with our grandkids. Restaurant and drinks available in the atrium.

Older Embassy Suites, but that’s why the price is low. Friendly staff and Great breakfast. Reservations for six but room only had towels for 3 and didn’t have sofa sleeper bedding in room. Had to request it and it came quickly. Would be nice if hotel had room prepared for number of people on reservation.

I reserved two rooms, one of the rooms smelled musty. we had adjorning rooms, since the door was left open between the rooms, it aired out the room a little, when the door was closed the smell came back. the breakfast is usually good, the bacon, sausage and potatoes were cold. With the bacon and sausage being cold, grease was forming on it.

We were given two rooms that were occupied before we finally were given our room. The sheets were not clean and we found glasses wrapped up inside the sheets

Ok I never leave reviews like to think of myself as low maintenance. I worked for Marriott for years so I know the service industry can be difficult. The property is in need of a remodel. Everything g was clean just looked tired. Whoever stays in my room I hope they fix the AC fan motor it was really loud, but I was o Lu staying one night so I thought not going to complain. The food at both the social hour and breakfast was mushy. Celery and carrots shouldn’t be soft. The big issue i had was when I went to leave the mowing crew blew grass all over my white car. It was ridiculous, I can’t begin to explain how much grass was on my car. The guy edging apologized but he wasn’t the guy on the mower. I went back in and showed pictures to the lady at the front desk. Not a I’m sorry, we will say something to the mower, she dismissed me and said she would refund my parking. Thanks for that now I’ll go spend my time at a car wash. A simple I’m sorry and I would have said stuff happens. You can keep the $I won’t be back. I’ll stay at neighboring hotels that don’t charge for parking, are newer, and do t have rude employees. She should not work a front desk I don’t know if I’d let her do laundry. I should add I actually wiped my hood before I took the picture.

Love this hotel. It is obviously not the hotel it was back in it's prime, but it still has a fancy feel about it. Glass elevator, fountains, etc. Cleanliness could be a bit better (cookies in floor of elevator the whole time we were there). Breakfast is amazing! That is what brought us back here again! Made to order eggs/omelets and about anything you can dream up for breakfast is an option! Thanks for the great start to our day!!

No towels, no sofa bed bedding, no shampoo,and refrigerator was dirty and still had stuff in it from the people before us.

It was a nice property but it's showing it's age. Needs to be renovated. Carpet was buckling, tile and grout were old and dirty, TV's were very old. Breakfast and managers reception was exceptionally good.

Air conditioning did not work for our entire stay. I notified front desk staff and I notified the hotel through the online portal. I also filed a travel insurance inconvenience claim. No one at the hotel helped or responded. The travel insurance company denied the claim Because they said nonworking AC was not specifically covered for trip inconvenience. Very poor customer response and paid way too much for a hotel. I couldn’t even sleep in because it was so hot. I should get a refund.

Every day was a great experience!!! We will be back again for sure!!! Kristi and Kristina were amazing on the reception!!! 5’ stars is not enough to review the greatest experience we have this hotel!!! Recommend always!!!
