Staff is rude

The staff was very friendly and amazing. There is a wonderful high end steakhouse next door that had delicious food. The hotels sheets were so soft and the towels were thick and soft compared to other hotels. I do think breakfast could be better but everything else was good.

Everything was AWESOME!!!

I didnt like that I had no shower curtain, that there were long hairs all over the bathroom floor, that the bathroom lights kept flickering on and off constantly, my tub was stopped up so showers felt gross, and when I called the front desk they seemed bothered. I would likely not stay there again due to these reasons.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property has seen better days. The dresser was broken. The furniture was chipped. The clock didn't work. The drain in the bathtub/ shower drained very slowly. We were there for three nights and were gone all day, all we did was sleep and for that purpose it was adequate. The staff was lovely and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Very good coffee both in the room and at the breakfast.

Everything great, very clean, great breakfast area, nice staff. Shower walls clean but base of it rusty, some pink mildew at bottom where caulking needs redone. Great place overall for a quiet place to stay after Guardians game before heading home in morning.

Check in was easy and the receptionist was kind. The hotel is right off the exit. It’s nothing fancy and the bathroom was pretty dated but it worked well for our family and our one night stay!

They tried to put us in a room with 2 beds! It was our Anniversary i made the reservations for a king sized bed.

It was a good place to stay

Our room was right beside the elevator and it made a loud noise everyone it ran. Other than that, it was a nice stay with a good breakfast.

It's a budget motel -- nothing special one way or the other. Breakfast is basic. Everything in the room worked (except the safe, marked Out of Order). The exercise room was minimal but functional. The Elliptical Trainer sounded like it was going to fall apart, but didn't. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Elevator was filthy. Stairs had torn carpet. Staff was brisk. Breakfast had no Healthy options. Room was clean bed comfortable.

Room was not ready when I got there, so I had to leave and come back later. No toilet paper in the public restroom. Hotel was old and run down. AC did not work well. Ceilings were very low. The hotel was just not worth the money considering the condition and lack of cleanliness. It was not grossly dirty, but it just was not clean or nice. Very run down.

Well I must say that their customer service was outstanding. She was a nightmare manager and she was just Amazing..

The room has damp carpet leaving a musty smell, bathtub drain stopped up.

Nice welcome at the FD. Very comfy bed, spacious room. Clean room and bathroom. Second day I was heating water for tea and noticed black flecks in the cup. I cleaned the spout as I know it is always dirty from coffee. Second cup still black flecks. Turns out there was black ‘sludge’ in the water reservoir. I tried to clean it out with a washcloth and got most of it but I didn’t have a brush. Coffee drinkers wouldn’t notice it.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was phenomenal - one of the most professional, capable individuals I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.

The stay here was down right horrible there was stains on the sheets walls were chipped everywhere the bath tub in one room had pubic hairs in it still the ground was yellow and gross in both the rooms in the bathrooms in the other room there was a used soap bar still in there the workers gave a very rude attitude when I went downstairs to tell them that the one bathroom tub would not stop leaking and I’m not talking dripping I’m talking like a full water stream coming out. The room smelt like someone rubbed poop all over the place or something the water stunk it was just a down right terrible stay would never recommend anyone to stay here at all one AC unit was aggressively loud and obnoxious the other had mold in it. It also said it was smoke free but smelt like weed in the hallway there was also trash left on the floor in one of the rooms

The property was tired looking. The bathrooms were dark and run down. The room smelled dirty and the floor was damp. The bedsheets didn’t fit and kept coming off the mattress. The morning breakfast had empty coffee containers and no one around to ask for more. The decor of the place was outdated. It was not worth the savings from the price standpoint. I won’t stay at a Clarion again.
