This was our fourth stay at this property. Unfortunately, 3 times we’re for funerals. We saw the new renovations to the property and they are lovely. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was hit and nice variety. The entire property was clean!We will be back for other family functions , since we live out of state.

Hotel was fine but the location is not great, traffic is bad. Located in between blocks on a 6 lane road, having to do u turns to get anywhere. When I asked the staff about a good place to eat they just handed me a list and seemed to have no knowledge of the area. The list was out of date and inaccurate and nothing was near by.

The staff at check in are zero friendly, they are actually miserable, we have been coming to this hotel for year now due to the proximity of our family in Smithtown not because we love it, they use to have a better breakfast, now its only until 9am during the week, no variety, it seems as the new management its tryin to cut corners, maybe its time we look for another alternative

I”ll suggest to management that the breakfast should have a little bit of diversity and to include bacon. The sausages were under cook and like rubber. I thought that’s a small upgrade which will generate more revenue and customer satisfaction.

Very poor break and small break lounge. Despite room service staff work hard Management does not care much. We could only get our room 3 day later. One (not all) front desk person did not even care our request. More to write but it does not worth .

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. The property is nice, staff was helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities needed. The WiFi was tricky, they took away their cinnamon buns with the free breakfast but otherwise an overall great stay.

This is the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed at! Not one chair in the room, lobby or outdoors had a cushion on it! The comfortable easy chair that used to be in the rooms is now a cheap dining room chair. The lobby is also furnished with low end seating. Outdoor furniture is plastic or wood, and not at all made for comfort. After being in the car for hours this is not what I expected.
It was so bad that I left. I called to ask how I check out, spoke to Zack who didn't offer a solution or help, and told me there was nothing to do since I was paid.
The Hotel denies receiving this call even though I have a call log and Zack did look up my room.
If you're looking for a comfortable stay, this is not it!

We booked this hotel for 4 days. I was not happy that every day there was a different price for the room.
We were not happy about that. I will think twice about staying at a Holiday Inn.

This hotel was close enough to the university and everything else. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean.

This hotel had clean rooms and was well kept cosmetically. The room size was pretty standard, I wouldn't call it roomy; no table, only a desk. I stayed with my young niece and was not disappointed with the free hot breakfast and indoor pool. The breakfast included (varied each day), pork sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, biscuits and gravy, warm cinnamon rolls, fresh pancake machine, waffles/bagels/toast/english muffins that could be toasted, muffins, a hot oatmeal bar with brown sugar/cranberries/golden raisins/walnuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hard boiled eggs. Of course coffee, tea and juice were also provided. To be honest this was one of the biggest draws to save on meals out as well as time.

The room was nice and clean but the ice machines went down in the whole hotel during a tournament weekend and the breakfast wasn’t good. Service was good. Not worth the $400 a night

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was excited to try the breakfast but every day I went they were out of everything hot (sausage links, omelets). There were plenty of other items but they were daily out of creamer and milk for the coffee also. Other than breakfast i was very happy with my stay here.
