When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk had GREAT customer service. Very helpful and friendly.

Stay was good. Breakfast was good. Would have gave it 5 stars, except our keys were not letting us into our rooms each day. We Kept having to go the lobby and reprogram numerous times.

This place was really very nice. I am glad I stayed here. They were very welcoming and the associate who signed me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and inviting. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and the beds were very comfortable. The one bed I slept on, however, was very squeaky! I think that was the only problem with the bed. The TV was a good size and after I had an issue with the remote control, which the wonderful front desk associate fixed, it worked great. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room and a single cup coffee maker. The room had very nice black-out shades which I appreciated. There was a nice lounge chair and desk with task chair for work away from home. The carpet was in good condition and seemed to be pretty clean. The bed sheets and comforter seemed clean and fresh. The bathroom was large and in good repair and the water had good pressure. The lighting in the bathroom was decent and there was even a small night light in the bathroom outlet. The towels were clean and fluffy and they provided nice shampoo and soap. It was very quiet the first night and I was so grateful for the staff who arranged my room because it was on a very quiet end of the building. The last night I was there it got pretty noisy, but that was because there were noisy people up and down the hallway slamming doors, no one to blame except inconsiderate people! The breakfast was really good; scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, cereal, & more.

It was fine.except no hot water at all. Apparently both the boilers broke.

The air conditioner wasn’t working and the bellman came to restart it to see if that would help. It worked for a little while and quit working again. The room got very hot; it was much cooler in the hall. It was so frustrating to have to get out of bed and try to restart it.

Friendly staff, great location, convenient to everything, great area of town, breakfast was very good, hot food and make your own waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, bagels. Everything was clean. Zero complaints.

We stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was loaded with kids but the rooms were pretty sound proof. I love the pool was open until 11- most close at 10. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good.

I had to make an emergency trip to Bountiful. I had no toiletries or charger. The front desk staff was lovely gave me everything I needed except a charger. Room was lovely, they knew I was also working while I was there and gave me out of the way room and it was very quiet. Couldn’t have been a nicer stay. I was on foot so I didn’t venture out of the motel. Great breakfast although would have wanted lactose free options. 5 out of 5

Everything in our room worked fine but the condition of some things were lacking; stained sofa/seating; an inoperable light in the bathroom leaving it dim. AC unit was a bit on the noisy side making it a balancing act between heat and noise for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Paid extra for the in-room jetted tub and had no hot water. 2 days of cold showers. People sitting in the hall being loud until midnight. Kids running up and down the hall at 6 am echoed into the room. Tried putting a towel against the giant gap against the door but it didn't help much. Will not stay here again. Would have been better off camping or at my in-laws....

For our staycation we picked this Best Western because we’ve had nothing but great stays all around the country with them. And this was no exception. We were met by Olivia & Dexter who were so welcoming & helpful. Initially they gave us keys to a regular room, not realizing we had actually booked a suite, but they updated that immediately. Our room was huge and clean. The jetted tub was a great addition and our bed was SO comfortable!! The pool & hot tub were a blast! The breakfast was so incredibly good, we ate our hearts out. The location is ideal for places to eat & shop, while being close to the freeway for quick access to Lagoon. 🎢 If you’re on the fence, book your stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

Nice and quiet room, comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room key stopped working the second day and had to get a replacement. The second day at breakfast one of the staff was rude but overall a great experience.

Great place to stay near SLC. Easy access to freeway, downtown and Lagoon. Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance, and the room was quiet. Our only complaint is that the entire second floor smelled strongly of bleach. I'm not sure if that was from the pool or from cleaning. But overall, good place.

We scored on our last-minute reservation at the BW Cottontree. Super-friendly and helpful staff, and very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy and convenient location with lots of dining options nearby. The pool was a hit, as was the breakfast buffet offerings.

Booked it through Hotels.com while outside in the parking lot. It was a fine place to stay. Front desk employee was great and very helpful finding restaurants in the area. We could tell that the Hotel was average before we booked it because we were literally in it's parking lot when we booked it. More often than not I find that the hotels, motels, or inns are made to look better, and/or be cleaner than they actually are on Hotels.com website.

Hotel was overpriced for a midweek night. AC unit was old fashioned and very loud . Kept me from staying asleep. Comfortable room and bed . Good breakfast. Hotel entry had several steps which made getting out bags up and down difficult.

Stayed here June 27th with my husband. Picked it for the location, easy off the highway. The included breakfast was good and had lots of options, cold and hot which was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. My only complaint would be that in the morning my shower was cold, and for the price we paid I expected a hot shower any time of the day. I likely would not come back because of this, as there are plenty of options around for the same price point.
