inconvenient moments of opportunity:
- was offered 2 double beds for partner and i even though ordered 1 king bed ?
- inconvenient layout of check in, although under reno, felt awkward positioning and lengthy walk to elevators and lengthy layout etc

The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive in the middle of the renovation. I was lost confused and a bit grumpy. They cheered me up and walked me through the construction to find my car.

Were given double bed room, paid and reserved queen. Window to the atrium in renovations, not to the outdoors. No indication of that on description on expedia. Walls paper thin - noise level at night unacceptable. Had we known the scope of the renovations, we would not have booked.

I found it frustrating that the lobby was undergoing renovations, I probably would have stayed elsewhere had I known. However, the staff were great and we loved our room.

Considering the hotel is under reno, room was clean not dusty. Staff was helpfull and very polite at check in and check out. Due yo reno could not use gym or pool; ptices should be lowered a bit.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Eventhough there was constructions being done they made sure our stay was comfortable and the place remained clean. The only issue we had was the broken ice machine on the 5th floor. Otherwise, the rest of our stay was great!

I really enjoyed that the hotel had Dove products free to use as most hotels have random brands which I find don’t work well for my skin.
Unfortunately this was not the cleanest hotel I have stayed (some plastic from previous visitors in fridge, stickers on bed frames from previous visitors) but the staff were extremely kind and made the process of checking in simple and efficient.

Wasn’t too amused with this property. The rooms were not good, the bathrooms didn’t have enough supplies (shampoo). The pool was out of service and I wasn’t informed well in advance about it. The internet didn’t work properly. Overall, not worth the price I paid

The hotel is under construction which was not made clear when I booked. It wasn’t that much of an inconvenience but there was a long cryptic walk to the lobby and back to the elevators again. No pool, no fitness centre and they aren’t due to complete until September as per the receptionist.

If I knew renovations were going on I wouldn’t have booked. No pool. Air conditioning was off when I arrived. Had to find staff to fix. Disappointed

This property didn’t mentioned that they’re doing major renovations. So the place looks like a construction site. Secondly, the Wi-Fi is horrible we had trouble from day one and on our last night they gave us a new room and that still didn’t solve the issue. I wouldn’t recommend going to this hotel if you are looking for a good hotel experience. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff.

Been under construction forever, very inconvenient. was told I didn't have breakfast coupons and then got 4 of them when I checked out (and wasn't using them). getting around in there is ridiculous. dumpster in front- doors were locked when I arrived. check in at the back of hotel. Very bad

We stayed here for a dance competition. So convenient to be on site so there was no need to drive. We were aware of renovations and the pool closure. Expectations weren’t very high and we slept really well! Comfy beds and quiet room which typically I have not experienced at a Hoiliday inn before. The washroom was clean but not immaculate. Meaning: built up grime in corners of the shower door which I found surprising as the room was recently renovated. Installation of the shower is just shameful. Hole in the wall and the shower handle does not coincide with what comes out (hot or cold). Hoping they can resolve the construction snagging details as the staff were wonderful!

Always a pleasure to stay here! Razak remembered us from our last stay back in 2023 and his service was just as friendly and welcoming as we expected! This time the Hotel had Breakfast available and it was set up beautifully while they upgrade their restaurant. Belinda was kind and accommodating as we enjoyed the wonderful buffet. This is our little escape when visiting Burlington and we have come to enjoy every visit. Thank you!!

The hotel is a construction site and the usually expected amenities were simply not there. Hot water wasn't hot. No breakfast available within hotel or within walking distance outside hotel.
Room itself was fine.
Have been an IHG member for over 30 years and won't be back again until it is finished.

It was under construction. I knew that going in but was quite shocked at the lack of "a feeling of homeiness" On the listing it said a takeaway breakfast. There was nothing. Even a store bought muffin would have been something.

The room was fine. The shower was luke warm at best, but sink water very hot. The bathroom door did not close completely - because of the type of "barn door" style. Not major issues. Other than, everything was excellent.
